The pillow on the bed was a bit too firm for my liking. The fact that the hotel was in a one-way street, with very limited parking was also a low point, but there was parking underground in a large, local, public parking facility

Pool & surrounding garden very pleasant, but some groups of people around it became noisy, meaning a siesta was almost impossible. Good lounge area.

Rooms are dated, beds and pillows could be improved on. The AI buffet was quite plain but we always found something to fill our plates. In credit to them they are catering for a good variety of nationalities and the food on offer changed each day. Breakfast was lovely, lunch OK it was dinner that left it down the most.

The hotel is in a good location. Less than 10 min walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Its quiet and peaceful thr pool area and bar areas are very chilled out. The hotel and grounds are absolutely spotless. Never a long que at the bar and always found a sunbed easily.

The bed needs a mattress topper and new pillows to make it comfortable, for less than 200 Euros! Steam clean the carpets as well! If that was done it would be an 8 and not a 7

Room has a mini bar and safe. The bathroom was a good size and ideal. The food was reasonable based on the price paid for the stay.

The walls are not soundproof enough. This was a big disadvantage of this hotel. So if you are not lucky and have a noisy neighbors - even from far away rooms,, you can hear them very well...

One night about 1 am group of Germans had a party on swimming pool. Couple hours of yelling and doing stupid things by them. Toilet for all clients nearby swimming pool was or destroyed or all the time dirty.

Location was great and those swimming pool was just amazing.

Availability of double beds but understand the hotel was busy and I booked last minute

Location was good, beach 5-10.mins away. Shops on the corner. The town was a 15 minute walk where you found mcdonalds, burger king, restaurants bars etc The pool area was a decent size. First time I experienced no one 'booking" sunbeds so no matter what time you went down, beds were available. Reception staff so lovely and helpful

I am sorry but food was bad. I didn't expect much from open buffet. I work in buffet restaurant as well, but i honestly struggled to find decently tasting hot food. Thanks to the chef who makes the pallela, not the best i ever had,but it kept me alive 😅. It was honestly only minus. What would also help would be if some directions or, recommendations could be available to new guests on local one day tours. I had to walk arround town for a half day to find an open agency who eventually fit me in. However, over all i had nice holidays thank you very much for everything.

The local is supwrb, few minutes to the beach, town and 10 mins by train to the airport. Restaurant and housekeeping staff of the hotel was lovely. Room big and alll cery clean.

Wifi was very poor in my room. There was a lot of noise during my first week due to trees being felled and cut up, but I guess it has to be done some time, and it was a quiet week.

Room was comfortable and had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Good bathroom with barh tub with shower. Cleaners friendly.

Very noisy you can hear everything, parking is difficult and one of the highest fees to park on site to which you have to pay for the whole stay and not individual days

Looking tired and worn out, needs refurbishment. Not to a 4* standard. I asked for double bed and got a single. Queuing for checking in and long queu again for collecting the key just after 3 pm
