The pool was beautiful but it could have been larger.

The decor was inventive and creative. I loved the in-house restaurant the breakfasts were varied and excellent. Above all, the staff and location made the best impression overall. So very close to many Gaudi buildings and so central to Barcelona in general. A wonderful stay overall and would recommend this unique, boutique hotel and their chains in general.

Nothing. The TV remote didn't work, but we didn't bother reporting it as we weren't bothered about putting the TV on.

Room was perfect - we got upgraded as it was my husbands 50th! Clean, spacious, lovely shower and comfy bed! Tea and Coffee provided!

Very clean, fantastic location, the balcony room was exactly as advertised. They even went out of their way to get us flowers and a hand written note for my new proposal to my girlfriend which took place that day.

Rain shower that alternated between ice cold and boiling hot, staff took some of our personal linen away while cleaning the room (probably because it was also white)

The staff were absolutely delightful and lovely. Greeted us with free champagne and water upon arrival, and in general were very helpful throughout our entire stay! The rooftop bar has excellent food and cocktails and is open until midnight.. The area was amazing too. Right around the corner from some incredible Gaudi houses, and the streets in that area feel very rich and fancy. Endless designer shops, restaurants and beautiful massage places nearby. Clean too. Michelin star restaurant down the road. MUCH better than the chaotic gothic quarter. The perfect location!

Room doesn’t have Kleenex or any Tissue paper and No hairdryer !!

Location is great, Metro station only a few steps away, it is very easy to go anywhere for visit Barcelona by subway, or walking distance to have good food. Both Casa Batlló and Casa Milà are very close . Staff are friendly. And easy to check in and out.

One of the rooms lacked storage space. Sometimes, they cleaned the rooms very late.

We would have liked more milk in the room to make our own coffee/tea and the kettle didn't work too well

One small thing: the shower head can not be fixed anywhere to direct the jet.

A cool hotel that attracts younger people, in a very good location in the Eixample, if you like that slightly fancier area of Barcelona, right on the corner of Paseo de Gracia. Everything you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The hotel is completely styled, the rooms decorated in wild colors, they are not very big but big enough. Very comfortable bed with a myriad of pillows. Very good soundproof windows. Nice bathroom with nostalgia fittings styled on old. Fun detail: the wall of the shower is transparent from the inside and a mirror from the outside. Breakfast is the classic, generous buffet with more or less everything you need, but nothing extraordinary. On the roof, a small refreshment pool and sun loungers, and a second terrace with a cool open air bar open to the public with a view of the Paseo de Gracia and the famous Casa Batllo by Gaudí.

Only problem we had was with our kettle which leaked.

Breakfast was amazing with great times! No early cut off which is what you want on holiday. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was very high quality. Loved the wallpaper and whale hanging art.

Location location location . Right next to transit , right off Passeig de Gracia, and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. I was greeted by Ester who was sincerely welcoming and friendly and offered a complimentary glass of cava on arrival. She never tired of my many questions and the staff overall are very friendly and helpful .
