We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyDue to the spacious bed there was little place fir a comfortable sitting area with chair and table.
Terrace with excellent rooftop bar and nice chill out area at pool side. Breakfast was plenty and every day with variations, service hours from 7 to 12:00 are generous. Room was well designed quiet and tidy due to its backyard location (cannot comment on situation of rooms facing main street). Sleeping quality on mattress was exceptional. Cleaning was good. Perfectly located next to L3 subway and a lot of buses.

The staff was awesome specialy Maure ...he was extremely helpful and assisted us alot where to go what to do sightseeing and even hair salon...the room was nice and clean...everything is walk away from the hotel both casa milla and casa batello...the famous las Rambla and all the local shops you know and don't ...sunday all shoos are closed may 1st too...but you can do sightseeing in those days...supermarkets close by ...breakfast was good but they don't change the menu everyday by the end of our stay we needed a change

Location is perfect, very central. The train from the airport stops at Passieg de Gracia which is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Our room had a view of Casa Batllo!

A really nice hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff who genuinely seemed to care that you had a great experience. Little notes and several small gifts of sweets was a thoughtful surprise. There was a wide choice at breakfast which was topped up frequently and available until mid day. Giha who assisted at breakfast helped to start our day off well with her cheerful banter. We had a very comfortable and good sized room (superior) and despite the balcony overlooking a busy road, the room was quiet when the windows were closed. It was nice to have a few English speaking TV stations. Great shower and the room was kept spotlessly clean with daily servicing. Great view of Casa Batllo from the balcony. Hotel really convenient for all the main attractions, the metro and airport train. Close to many nice places to eat and a supermarket and lovely cake shop right opposite hotel.

I have stayed in a lot of swank hotels over the years. Expensive, swank hotels. Jumeriah, ShangriLa, Ritz, Mandarin Oriental......and I can honestly say that this is the best, best, best hotel I have ever stayed at, at least from my point of view. Location, accommodation, staff, breakfast.....all as perfect as it can be. I can not say enough good about this place. Wow!

PolandA hotel worth recommending. Great location - close to everything on foot. If you don't like walking, all possible means of communication are just a few meters away. Very nice room as described, very clean. Friendly and helpful service. Great rooftop bar. Breakfast is available in the hotel, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby where you can easily eat delicious food.
