The guy from the reception staff, the one with dark eyes and hair (not the one who has an earring) is unpleasant and unhelpful person. Kudos to the rest of the staff, they were sweethearts, especially the guy with blue eyes :)

The location is good, beds are okay and comfortable, the terrace is amazing to chill out on :)

A bit difficult to find on the map and when you actually get there.

Very central location, safe for female travellers and lovely rooms with blackout curtains. Bathrooms were clean and common rooms were lovely.

The metal lockers in the rooms are quite noisy. Some guests don’t realize how much noise they make in the morning, but that is not the properties fault.

The beds are comfortable, bathrooms and toilets are always clean. The staff is super helpful and friendly. There are events every now and then (sangria night, salsa class etc.), make sure to ask. Location is unbeatable and the terrace is amazing on sunny days.

The location of the hostel is perfect! Close to transport so it was easy to go to the airport and barcelona sants station. You can walk or take transport to any of the sights and the neighborhood of gracia ia great for restaurants and bars. The staff was so helpful and kind. Mercedes was able to move me to a bottom bed, I was so grateful! The beds are all so comfortable for a hostel (!!) but I’m not good to climbing to the top. The first night people were noisy but the rest was rather silent and I slept so well. I stayed in the female dorm that was en suite but actually preferred the big shared bathroom right across the hall which was always very clean.

There is nothing I didn't like.

The personnel were so nice and helpful. I was able to leave my bag for a couple of hours without any extra fees. The bathroom and WCs were clean. Nice lounge, beautiful terrace to relax if you have the time. The location is a bestie - just in the heart of the city, safe good standing area with the best 3 main streest next to you Passeig de Gracia, Diagonal and Rambla de Catalunya. Metro is literally 100 mts away and train for the airport (stop Passeig de Gracia) is at a short walk.

Good location, just a little confusing to find. Once there and checked in, the staff were warm and helpful. There are so many places to eat and go shopping right there. Comfortable shared spaces and very comfortable beds. I will stay again next time I'm in Barcelona!
