The elevators could give a long (+5 minute) wait, not all the towels were renewed and the soap was out. Seems like minor issues (as they in fact are😉) but with in a suite with a price of 325 Euro a night I expect a bit more.

Same menu for food in all the restaurants on site. We booked the gastro bar for dinner to find it was the same menu as the rooftop bar. Would have been nice for some variety.

Our friends couldn’t get their bags checked on the day of arrival. The staff member was curt.

Rooftop bar was fantastic however the service up there was a bit haphazard, taking orders, dropping drinks, taking payment was all done separately x 3 people , you had to wait to order at the table however it was a long wait as not many members of staff could take an order and the ones that could seemed to be slow and chatty elsewhere so it might take asking 4 passing staff to actually get 1 to come and take the order. Would be much more efficient and relaxing to allow more staff members to take orders and immediate payment or indeed to be allowed to order at the actual bar even if not sitting in the immediate back it’s,

Property was lovely, fantastic location? lovely lobby and reception staff, quick lift system no matter what time of day. Pool very quiet and plenty of beds and umbrellas bar at pool area. Breakfast Buffet 10/10 and large enough to not feel rushed or crowded even at capacity.

The breakfast food range whilst good lacked a bit in the fruit, vegetable and pastry range but all in all, it was good. Coffee was very average though and that probably came down to the beans and the grind settings which only provided for weak coffee. It took me three espresso shots and one cappuccino shot out of the machine to make one decent coffee. The pool was a bit of a disappointment in that it was so small. No atmosphere.

Breakfast was good and extremely well organised. This catered for the very big crowds that were expected through. The breakfast staff worked like a well oiled machine and need to be commended for a fabulous effort. The reception staff were also great and managed the busy crowds as they came on through. Finally, if you are a guest and you want to access the rooftop bar, spaces are reserved for hotel guests so that you have a good chance of grabbing a seat, otherwise, you would not stand much of a chance given that the rooftop bar is quite the tourist attraction. Great views to be had as well.

the room is dark because the only window it has, looks to the inside of the building.

i loved the location and the buildling. the bathroom was spacious and the shower is wonderful, it has very good water pressure and temperature. the breakfast is wonderful! you have a great selection of ham, cheese, cereal, bread, eggs, etc.

The staff was overall helpful. We had one unpleasant experience where the staff at the coffee shop on the ground floor was rude.

Only criticism was the only mirror was in bath or in the entrance hall, so for getting ready it wasn't the easiest

Great location, we arrived early and left are bags. As soon as the room was ready they emailed so we could go back and get our keys. All the staff were extremely friendly
