Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AlbaniaIf you are a tall or big person, make sure to check weather they have some larger rooms. The room i stayed in was very small, bathroom, shower and bed too. It was completely fine in my case.
24 hours reception. The location was right at the metro station and bus station. Also very near to the gothic quarter, very convenient if you are a solo traveller and you want to explore the night life at the gothic quarter. Theres a common kitchen area. The quality was quite fair for the price. Very appropriate for solo travelers who also dont want to spend much but still be safe.

United KingdomThe size of the shower box, is beyond small therefore you can't wash yourself properly. There is no way to move while you are inside so you can't wash the lower parts of your body.
Location is very good, room is also good but bathroom is horrendous, you can't wash yourself properly just because you can't move yourself inside the tinny little box.

Polandregularly it's a student dorm so the rooms are small no cleaning but what annoyed me the most was the rule that every time you go out you have to leave the keys, I felt bad constantly asking the staff for the keys when I was going back and forth
hotel staff was fine, location, nice price-quality ratio, as my room had windows towards the back of the building it was quite silent

United States of AmericaOnly downside is that although there is no sound transfer from outside, there is a lot of sound transfer inside between rooms. You can hear doors close and people in their rooms. Having the AC on helps provide some white noise and there is a tv with a music channel that could also be useful if the sound is a problem. I had no issues sleeping at all, even with the sound carrying so was fine for me. Other thing I would mention is that a large person may struggle to fit in the shower and use the toilet. The bathroom is very small.
I was blown away by the space. So clean and so comfortable. The air conditioning unit seemed new and was quiet and worked so well. The windows completely blocked out the sound from the street below. The balcony was fun. There was lots of space and lots of light in the room. The room was enjoyable to be in. Bonus was that there was a fitness center and laundry room on the rooftop as well as it just being an enjoyable place to hangout if wanting a break from the city or your room. Also a great place to meet people. In the bottom floor there is a fridge and hot water.

FranceService at this residence will kill your vacation mood 100%, so I advice not to book it. The receptionist man (around 30 years old in glasses) was VERY RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE: talked to me like he was a “King of the residence”, giving me remarks while I was there, totally impolite and without any respect to the guest, although I was a client and paid enough to be treated well. You can find a better place with this quality/price.
Nice location, good rooms.
