The location was a bit intense. Very touristic and noisy. You can also hear the noise with windows closed.

Very clean and nicely designed. The host was very chill and welcoming. He left us a bottle of wine as well. There is a huge balcony. Absolutely loved that they provided slippers as I don’t like to walk bare feet 😂 they also provide a full package of bathroom stuff, like shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, hair comp and hair caps!

Eze was amazing and met us at the door for our keys. He showed us the room and even took our luggage up to our room!! He even kindly told us some nice spots on where to go. The apartment was amazing, looking out onto las ramblas. Very spacious and clean.

The only downside to being in this perfect location is the noise from the street below which can go on well into the night and start again early in the morning, though the children weren’t bothered by the noise at all.

Very well appointed little apartment right in the heart of the city, just a few steps away from La Ramblas and the Gothic centre. Restaurants are plentiful and the sights accessible from this fantastic little base. The apartment itself is modern and comfortable for a family of 4 with a nice sitting area, well equipped kitchenette, private bathroom, double bedroom and bunk beds cleverly segregated from the main sitting area. The apartment is also accessible by lift. Overall, great value for money, fantastic location. I would recommend this tidy little apartment for a few days exploring Barcelona.

Only the noise from the street until 2-3am, but this has nothing to do with this great appartment (everything was near, plaza de Catalunya, beach, everything..)

Everything was super great, very satisfied- the host was amazing (we were allowed to stay in our room and to leave our baggage at the appartment until our late leave the last day which meant lot to us), appartment is big, clean and well equipped- we had everything we needed and in case you miss something, they will bring you in 10 mins. We were very satisfied and would recommend this appartment to our friends. We will come back here for sure:))Special thank to Stefan and to our host who was waiting for us the day we came :))

The location is great but for sensitive sleepers it's not ideal as there will be noise from revellers and party goers late into night. It was not a problem for us.

Amazing location right at the doorstep of La Rambla, Metro and Gothic Quarter. Apartment has a kitchen, fridge, nice bathroom and beds. It has a lift to carry luggage upstairs. I really appreciated the comms by Stefan and Eze. We had to cancel a taxi and Stefan helped me doing so in Spanish. They were available on WhatsApp should something was needed.

You'll hear traffic, occasional yelling from the street in the middle of the night, and the train or something rumbles past and gives the building a little rattle. These are very minor inconveniences to me, a city girl, but can be disconcerting if you're not used to it.

Every little detail was catered for in my light-filled apartment overlooking La Rambla in the Gothic district. It was so easy to get around from here, by foot or the Metro, making it the perfect base to explore the city. Eze was incredibly helpful and communicative.

Perfect apartment for a family of four (2 adults, 2 children aged 10 & 12), right in the heart of las ramblas, near liceu metro stop and round the corner from Plaça Reial. Eze is the perfect host and greeted us on our late arrival and when we collected our luggage late on our departure day. He went over and above, leaving us a bottle of wine, plenty of bottled water and tea, coffee, sugar. Thank you for the perfect stay and the first fab Barcelona experience for our boys.
