facilities were great and apartments very spacious. I particularly liked the fact that I had bought shoes for my daugthers which turned out to be too small and the shop was already closed. With a very early flight, the Hotel agreed to keep the shoes and take them to the store next door for an exchange. They really go above and beyong dfor their clients and all that done with a smile. Super service!

I had trouble with my key card. It wasn’t possible to change rooms. It was not the staff’s fault but it was not a pleasant experience.

The location of the property is very central and easy commute to center of city. The staff was also nice and helpful.

Main issue was that we ran out of hot water on multiple days (there were 8 of us in the apartment). Not a major issue but the bathrooms were quite small. Also wish AC worked better as the rooms remained quite warm even with it on.

Lovely location, easy to access several sights via taxi or walking. Very spacious hallway and livingroom areas. Really modern and well-decorated rooms. We really loved the apartment!

The only slight issue was no fault of the owners but due to it being top floor, it was quite noisy during the windy night. The sound of the neighbour coming home at night seemed to echo through the flat too (but he wasn't noisy for long thankfully!)

The mezzanine was a cool feature and we loved having the balcony so we could feel part of Barcelona. The kitchen and lounge had everything we needed so we felt very at home. Reception staff were friendly and helpful - particularly Iraklis who contacted our shuttle and was cool and calm when we raced back to the apartment for our airport shuttle after being stuck in traffic on the open top bus :) Highlight of the trip was the cable car up to Montjuic and wandering around the castle. Fantastic views! We would also recommend a tour of Gaudi's Casa Batllo and a drink along La Rambla.

The mattresses were a little uncomfortable and the bathrooms need more shelves and soap dishes.

Size of apartment, location, and helpfulness of the staff were all excellent. Very comfortable for our family, including 3 kids and 2 elderly adults. I would recommend it to anyone.

The 3 bedroom apt had only 1 bathroom, but we were informed ahead of that. A/C control did not work.

The staff were lovely and helpful. Allowed us in for early arrival. Deck and kitchen facilities were great. 2 blocks from metro and the lift were a plus.

Nice to have a washer, but note no dryer. One of the bathrooms has the half glass shower door which makes it impossible to use without flooding the entire bathroom (why do hotels have those?!).

Excellent location, easily accessible to metro, grocery stores and city sights. Friendly desk staff. Clean and renovated rooms. Plenty of towels.

We stayed in a three bedroom apartment. The sound proof is not great. One of the showers was unable to adjust the temperature. You need to take the rubbish out at checkout.

The location is excellent, only 1 min away by walk from subway and many nice restaurants nearby. The reception staff are very friendly.

Beds were quite hard, sofa in living room was a pullout which was very uncomfortable to sit in, kitchen was not very well equipped. Sound travelled extremely well between apartments and from the hallway causing us to be awakaned by other guests coming and going in the middle of the night.

Clean, excellent location, metro and a fantastic market steps away, helpful and friendly staff, apartment suited us well as a family travelling with kids.

Great value for money in our opinion. Maybe I would add good shampoo and conditioner to the bathrooms, but it’s a minor thing.

Everything was perfect! Light and spacey apartment, great location with windows to the calm street. Comfy beds, all amenities and a clean beautiful entrance with 24/7 reception/ security. It’s a gem for Barcelona, we were surprised in a very good way.

The staff was very helpful responding to several requests quickly. For some reason we started with a top sheet and it was removed after the first cleaning. Each time we noted this we were also too tired to do anything about it...

The location was excellent. It was close enough to all major sites but away from the crowds. The markets and shops close by were very much appreciated. Great family location with each kid having a separate room.
