If you're not a supermodel you won't fit into the shower cabin. It's 75x75 centimeter, you squeeze yourself into the corner to be able to close the folding door.

It's very well located and has a great coffeeshop and a pulperia next to it.

Shared pillow on the bed. Too tiny of a shower. Very small room.

Easy walk from bus station. The entry system worked as expected. The room was clean. WiFi was good. Shopping nearby. Very close to the Roman Wall.

Outlet position directly over the head of the bed was less useful. Though we didn't need any assistance, not having anyone to contact could have been an issue if we had any trouble getting in. Had to send passport screenshot via email for checkin process.

We were able to book this cheaply last minute for a late arrival and all of those things worked well. It was comfortable and had decent beds with good outlets for charging our gear. We were advertised with a shared bath but the room with two double beds had its own bath. The location was very close to the bus station, which was super convenient for a late arrival and early departure. Would be a comfortable way to get extra privacy on a Camino trip. Nice that the beds were larger than a twin.

If you are walking the Camino and having your luggage sent ahead, there's no reception at the Pension itself, so check with your transport company to find out where they are leaving your things.

This is a set of managed rooms just outside the city walls. It has no reception but staff can be reached by phone. Facilities are straightforward - bed, en suite bathroom with showe, wifi.

I did not have any issues with the hotel. It is an older building. The rooms are older but still have a modern appeal to them. I felt like this hotel is more for a short-term stay. It is convenient for travelling through.

I was travelling and transiting to Lugo by bus. I was happy with the location because the bus station was right around the corner. My bus left early in the morning so I had plenty of time in the morning to get ready to depart.

because the walls and ceilings are thin it was too easy to hear noisy and inconsiderate guests in adjoining rooms or in the flats above . A pity because the actual location is very quiet . no blame to the hostal- just the fault of the noisy guests

the location was fantastic - very central - 3 minutes from the bus station and close to everything of interest - including great cafes and all the shops and touristic sites . the cleaning staff were delightful, friendly ,helpful and efficient and the general staff were quick to respond and helpful. prices were good and rooms clean and comfortable.

This is an unattended facility; check in is done remotely. There is no staff on site. I didn't receive the access codes until after the check-in time. When I arrived there were four people locked outside without codes. Fittings and finishes getting worn (curtain hanging loose for example). The room door was jamming, so it had to be slammed shut; not nice for other guests. And sadly, there was a bedbug in my bed (just one, strangely, which fortunately I could remove once I discovered it - or rather once it has discovered me!) so that didn't help improve my experience.

Great location, just outside the walls of the old city. Shower and washbasin in the room (but shared toilet down the hall). Comfortable bed. Reasonable sized room. Good price. Window can be opened for ventilation (this might seem an odd thing to note, but so many places seem to lack this). The bar next door opens early for breakfast.

The sound insulation between floors and rooms was not very good, and some residents got going very early. There are no staff on duty in the building; you can only contact them via phone.

Only a few minutes walk from the old city and it's many attractions. Also cafes and a supermarket were very close. Breakfast was available from a small cafe beside the building.
