Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Excellent location and parking available on site which was very convenient. The staff were all very friendly and the rooms were very quiet.

Fantastic central location in the old town of Pamplona 5 mins walk to the main square. Nice hotel with some dog friendly rooms. Excellent helpful staff. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment.

The hotel is in a great location for coming off the Camino trail, and for going to restaurants and walking the city. Staff were very accommodating and the beds were soooo comfortable. I slept great after hours of hiking. Breakfast buffet is well worth the price. Best breakfast I’ve had possibly ever.

The hotel location is ideal for a visit to the old town and cathedral with all the main sights within easy walking distance. Staff were polite and functional but not effusive. The rooms were good and a comfort able size with clean modern decor but not much in the way of in-room refreshments. Secure valet parking was excellent and for us essential when travelling to the villa in Catalunya. Breakfast was 'Off the clock'! We have never seen such a range of foods, including a huge slice of honeycomb mounted on a sloping tray to direct the draining honey into a dispensing jar. We would definitely stay there on a return to Pamplona.

Sweden- missing boiler / hot beverages in the room, however was possible to get hot water from the restaurant downstairs. - Ok for a 4-star but not that wow:ed by it. (Breakfast not tried)
- Decently sized room with fridge available and few toiletry accessories. - Convenient valet/parking service, although additional cost of 19€/day (Note: car could be left until 14:00, even if checkout was at 12:00 - an appreciated bonus. Luggages could be left at the reception. - Great location close to lively areas without the noise. - Nice staff speaking several languages, and kind/patient enough to deal with my broken Spanish without switching to English.

United KingdomThe hotel needs to develop the food offering. We dined one evening and were the only people eating which created a rather soulless environment. The food was good but with all the diverse competitor offerings in the city the hotel needs to conceive a restaurant strategy to optimise their position.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent instructions to find the hotel if you arrive in your own car. Lovely bedroom and well equipped bathroom although the bed was a little hard. Superb breakfast.
