The location was great and staff very friendly. Free water and biscuits in the lobby, as well as free coffee at rooftop. Having a cup of coffee at the rooftop was a great relax. Facilities were new.

It needs better room temperature control (too warm after coming home after a long day) The pillows were not comfortable and felt cheap compared to the rest of the bedding. Other than that, a great place to stay for your visit to Barcelona!

Location was safe and close to good restaurants. Great place to stay in Palma. We moved here from another hotel in a bad area and were very glad we did. It feels safe and the staff is great with recommendations. Parking is 20 euro per night and they have an underground parking garage on site.

We were on the first floor overlooking las Ramblas which meant that it was quite busy and noisy at night and early in the morning.

No curtain after the window in the bathroom and there was only a glass door between bathroom and the bed. So in very early morning the strong sunshine came through the bathroom to the bed.

The location was perfect for us. Close to public transport and central enough for walking to all the places we wanted to visit in the city. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a double terraced room which faced out the back of the hotel. Although the view wasn't as nice as the front facing rooms, it was very quiet and perfect for our needs as we were only really in the room to sleep then out from early morning till late at night. We enjoyed the roof terrace where we went most mornings for a coffee before leaving for the day. There were lots of nice little touched like water and snacks left out near the entrance for guests to help themselves to. Umbrellas were also provided for the day we had some rain. Staff were all lovely and checked that we were happy with everything after we arrived. Would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to others.

Our room is tiny, almost no space to open luggage.

The location is great, close to highlights and public transportation. The open roof sitting area with free coffee is nice. The bakery and restaurant next door are good and convenient. The staff is friendly.

Although the rooms were small, they were indeed more than adequate. The staff was exceptional on all levels, and the location cannot be beat! I loved having coffee on the rooftop in the morning. Several of us stayed there following our cruise, and everyone said we would stay there again.

Rooms are smaller in person. Depends on whom you are travelling with, because of the size. It could be unconfortable.

Location was amazing. Easy to walk aroud. Walkable distance to everything you want to do in Barcelona. Rooms are very clean and staff is friendly.
