Can hear all the conversations along the corridor outside room, can be noisy. Can also hear loud water noise from neigbouring room.

Spacious room, firm bed and firm pillows (upon request). Housekeeping did a great job everyday.

Well, I don't see anything particular to point out. A nice hotel, friendly staff. Everything is clean.

The location is perfect. They are also very nice with bringing you a bottle of cava on arrival and when you leave - as well. On Thursdays there is a Dj downstairs at the hall. Overall everything was great. I have nothing to complain about. We haven't tried the pool but only because of the weather.

I've stayed in a number of 5 star hotels across the world, and this hotel was definitely not to the same standard (more like a 4 star). Overall the hotel was a very nice 4 star hotel. Our air conditioning in the room did not work properly and this was challenging as the windows don't open in the room either, so there was terrible circulation and no fresh air, especially after showering. Reception looked at the air con twice, but were not able to fix it. The hotel also did not have any fans. The pillows were uncomfortable and the quality of the mattress could have been better, especially as this hotel is rated 5 stars. I would expect a much higher level of bedding for the star rating.

The location of the hotel is excellent and we were in walking distance to a huge range of museums, locations, cafes and restaurants. Our room was extremely large, quiet and extremely clean. All the staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. The roof terrace is lovely. Excellent tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Large, comfortable bathroom. The free vouchers for cava was also a lovely touch.

The swimming pool is very small. The the online photos of the hotel give the impression that the pool is big which is not not the case unless there is another pool which we were not aware of while staying there.

Great central location. Friendly and very helpful staff. Very good clean non-smoking accommodation. Generous as from the start they gave us free welcome drinks and 20% discount on the hotel bar drinks during our stay. In addition, one night at 3 am one of the hotel residents became very unwell and his wife was shouting for help. We woke up and helped them and called the ambulance team who took him to hospital. The Hotel management and all staff were very appreciative to our help and the next day the Manager thanked us with a card and a bottle of cold Cava / Prosecco😊

The front desk is right at the entrance. The set up and the general atmosphere, furniture and lighting are not what is expected from a five star hotel. The toilets in the room could be more insulated.

The nice terrace by the restaurant. The room we stayed in was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The staff were extremely nice and friendly! Breakfast was amazing!

My only comment is that the complementary 2 bottles of water are small in size.

I can't express how the staff are AMAZING!! Special thanks for acknowledging my requests even before my stay starts. And on the day of arrival they were very supportive and helpful. The whole front desk staff, and specially Rafael and Aynas (please forgive my spelling of the names🙏🏻) The location is the best. It's located on one of the main roads of the new Barcelona (not the old part but in the Eixample). Couple of blocks and you'll be on the main shopping streets and the Rambla. The port is almost 20 minutes by walking. La Sagrada Familia is also around 15 minutes away. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the window is closed by a door, so it's really dark in the morning which is an important thing for me to get a good night sleep 😴 And since there is no fitness center on the premises, the hotel provides access to one of the well-known fitness centers in Barcelona which was well-equipped and has many facilities. Over all, an excellent hotel and would DEFINITELY stay there again 😊
