Czech RepublicIt is a large complex that needs renovation in some places. The restaurant looks more like a canteen but that is due to the size of the complex.
The hotel is in a good location not far from a large clean beach. This is the number 1 choice if you are looking for good value for money in Morro Jable (and in Fuerteventura). The rooms are large, have a balcony (where we had shade). The food was adequate - we had half board and I see that as a good option. The staff are friendly - I especially want to mention fantastic Fadidi who was always very smiley and attentive to our little daughter (even gave her a lollipop:-)).

PolandPretty much everyday we've seen pigeons in the main restaurant, eating bread from the baskets (staff didn't seen to be bothered with that). Very average food quality in the main restaurant. Very cold water in the pools. Hotel in overall is a little bit rundown, not terribly, but you can notice it everywhere, even all the equipment in the room, chipped toilet, sheet beds with holes, broken tiles, etc.
Friendly staff. Big enclosed hotel area, with snack bar open all day (with small sandwiches, hot/cold drinks, deserts). Separate area for Occidental+ members.

GermanyThe bed was a little hard for my liking. I didn't get the info I needed to get a table for the dinner on New Year's Eve (you needed a ticket but I wasn't told this when I checked in very hungry that evening!) For me, the food at dinner was a little disappointing - it looked lovely but a lot of didn't taste so nice (extremely salty) and the buffet was very repetitive.
The pool area is really nice, beautiful gardens, lovely balcony, nice and clean rooms. Water in the room every day was perfect. Extremely polite and friendly staff

A resort with everything you need, very welcoming staff, everyone works to make you feel wonderful. Excellent food, cleanliness, quiet, nice evenings sprint with drinks at bars, live music, dancing…near the beach and quite close to the Morro Jable. The bus stop is in front of the hotel. Thank you for everything, we will be back!

SwitzerlandThe room was a bit worn down. The the shower was a bathtub but the drain was rusty and eaten up by the rust. It took a long time for the hot water to come and the toilet lid fell off. You can hear the neighbors very well. It might be time for some mild renovations. This is a hotel with lots of kids and loud animation programs in the evening.
Friendly staff. The room was clean and functional and the bed was comfortable. Buffet style food with some nice options. I skipped dinner but breakfast and lunch was great. Has vegetarian options. The location was great. There's an exit very close to the beach with an elevator down to a small shopping area with a Spar and a bunch of Bird scooters. My room had beach view.

Beautiful hotel. Big, spacious rooms. Cleaned every day. Towels changed every day. Big choice of breakfast. Fresh, tasty food. Very polite staff. (Offered drinks for free. ) I got present from hotel on my birthday- a bottle of champagne. I would definitely recommend it and probably will come back next year.

United KingdomIt's a bit outdated. Pool could have some renovations. The furniture is a bit outdated. The AC not very powerful. Lacks food variety and flavoured. Better pool music team. Sometimes was no music and no vibe. You can see the beach but is a bit of a walk, like 20 minutes at least. No free sunbeds at the beach, you have to rent, a bit expensive.
I liked the weather, the fact I had sea view, close to beach. Bed really comfortable, I slept very well. Loved the big pillows. Room very clean. Bed sheets clean and smooth. Low bathtub. Nice kids club.

United KingdomThe transfer from the airport was late, we had to wait about an hour or so before our transfer arrived. The transfer time from the airport to location was well over an hour. I did not realise the transfer time before booking this hotel. Location of the hotel is on a hill, the resort is stagered over different levels. I struggled some days in the heating getting upand down the resort. There were ramps and stairs, so it is user friendly for prams. This was the only negative side to our stay at the hotel, was the verious levels to reach certain parts of the resort.
Check in was completed on line so no waiting around when we arrived. We was offered the option to upgrade from half board to all inclusive. We worked it out this would be a btter option for us for the week. Views from main reception over looking the sea were amazing, as we was high up from the main street level. Our room was a decent size, although we would have liked a double bed. Cleaning was good, toiletries suppled were Aloe Vera products smelt lovely and were really good. Toiletries supplied were, tooth brush pack, shaver kit, showr cap, soap and moisturising lotion on pump. As well as sampoo and conditioner in the shower so saved space in our bag. Verous choices of food and fruit available daily. Fresh meats cooked to order. There would be something for everyone to choose from at meal times. Staff were friendly at all times, helped with any enquiry we had. The cleaners were always working hard all the time to keep the hotel clean.
