We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWould be great if the hotel provided a map and some more information on the parking as satnav location only gets near the hotel ( had to go out on foot to find it) The AC was a bit noisy in our room, and the shower could go hot and cold. But for us, these were not major issues
Location is great!! The room had everything you need,, they have really thought about the customers needs, even down to providing a little bottle of washing up liquid. You get all the benefits of a spa hotel with the self sufficiently of a fully equipped kitchen. Well laid out with a fantastic view of the market (room 206). The room was clean, light and airy.... would definitely go back.

UkraineThe place is in walking distance to almost all sightseeing in town. Apartments are huge and clean. Notice that it’s not a classic hotel, but managed apartments, you might settle in neighbor building with reception, but you can use all infrastructure of main building. Staff is very friendly, helpful and works professionally in stressful situations. We have some troubles with electricity but they solved it quickly. Notice that parking access is within elevator, so if you have a big car it might be a problem.

This boutique hotel is very unique. Staff is incredibly friendly. Special shout out to Jessica who saved me when I showed up in the middle of the night after a really bad experience with an advanced booked accommodation. The room is spacious and has all the amenities I needed.

Reception staff on arrival were really helpful and attentive. Rooms were a really good size, with kitchenette if you ever felt like preparing your own food. Hotel is in a great location just opposite the market and so much to see right on the doorstep. Valencia is a fantastic city and felt really safe even late at night. Will definitely go back and head straight for this hotel. Thank you Gaida and the rest of the hotel team.
