The two bedroom apartment was an excellent choice for my family. It was extremely clean and fully furnished. We had an issue with a crib not being in the room upon arrival, but after a call, they resolved it within 30 minutes. David and the rest of the staff were amazing. Excellent location , great coffee across the street, and nice restaurants nearby. Would most definitely stay here again

We were met by reception who put our luggage away as we were early and then called us when the room was ready. The two bedroom apartment was absolutely stunning. And the location was perfect. Would highly recommend

Limescale on the showerheads

Amazing apartment with great facilities, lovely sized rooms including open plan kitchen/living area, balconies and comfy beds. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful 😊 Great location too!

Metal kitchen chairs scraped the tile floor. Appliance instructions impossible to decipher. Had to call in cleaners regarding a dirt crusted table

The location was great - walking distance to Las Ramblas and a short taxi ride to the sea front. The apartment was perfect for a group of six - lovely bedrooms, bathrooms and the communal space was a great place to chill together and rest before we headed off again! There was a brilliant rooftop pool and seating area which would be lovely in the warmer months too.

Shower should be enclosed on all sides so it will be easy to use it.

It was all good but maybe some milk (UHT capsules) could be in the kitchen pack too?

Location was great - perfect for exploring the old town, gothic quarter and then also Sagrada Familia in the other direction. Taxi rank is a 1 minute walk outside a hotel on the junction. The apartment was fantastic - really big for a couple, spotlessly clean, beds are comfortable and shower is lovely! Also very very soundproof - as we exited the lift we could hear a group of people talking loudly and playing music in another apartment but when we closed our door, we heard zero noise - incredible! And was a peaceful night sleep too. Check in very easy - just expect city tax to be taken at check in and also a holding deposit which gets refunded. Roof terrace looked great - pool wasn’t open due to time of year but an unexpected find for some early morning sunshine!

Lighting could be better in bathroom for doing makeup. Also it does need good directions on how to operate the washer dryer and the microwave- the little card just said to follow manufacturer instructions, not intuitive for us. We never did get the dryer to come on and used the handy drying rack.

Very attractive, new, spacious, modern decor. Great size of shower and water pressure. Beautiful Juliet balconies wrapping the apartment. Easy checkin and entry process. Good assortment of restaurants, coffee/bakeries and market very close by. Easy to walk to many sights and shopping. Quiet, great blackout curtains. Plenty of towels. It also had all basic kitchen and cleaning supplies to get you started .

Wonderful property, the studio was spacious and exceeded our expectations! Location was perfect and the staff were wonderful. The attention given to the refreshments in the lobby after the marathon was really the cherry on top!

Only good things to share! The apartments are well designed perfectly, spacious environment, ensuite to every room and TV in each room. Quick wifi around the building. There is a a rooftop pool located on floor 10, nice views.

Our room was right above the restaurant downstairs, we could hear people until midnight every night.

Our flight arrived early in the morning. Check-in is usually at 3 pm but because we have small children, they were kind enough to let us check in at noon.
