We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

FranceQuim and Evi were of genuine kindness, very welcoming, friendly and hospitable. We do not speak any Spanish, so communicating was a bit difficult, but we always managed to get somehow understood and the service was great.The breakfast was amazing, containing fresh quality products only. It would be useful to put English or French translations of the names of the products on a list, though, as we did not always know what we were eating ;-) but that was not a problem, rather an exciting culinary discovery. Spa facilities looked really nice but would have necessitated some time for heating. I would have loved to have a dip into to the pool, but it was too cold which is a pity. But it is true we did our booking in the last minute, and for February, so I can understand this. For spring/summer season, I think it woud be great if your spa facilities could be included in the room price instead of costing extra - that would be good value for money for your clients. Thank you for everything, Quim and Evi - we wish you every success in your business.

SpainThe rooster was too loud and I couldn't sleep from 3 am to 7 am. My stay was in an individual house, so it wouldn't be heard in the main hotel. The house is clean but small.
The location is amazing, the hosts are very supportive and welcoming. The breakfast is outstanding. The private area is great for reconnecting with nature and enjoying the stars at night.

Spaini think a restaurant or something like that would be a huge benefit. Up in Sant Hilari there arent many choices. And since it´s up in the mountains its a bit of a trek to go anywhere else. But this is just nitpicking, since the owner did serve us a plate of the embotidos, sausages and cheese he makes himself for dinner.
Place was amazing! the room, the buildings, grounds, garden, pool was all supernice, the owner and family suuper friendly. Very welcoming and I can only recommend this place

SpainThere is a fireplace in each room, except in in one room. Unfortunatelly the room type (with or without fireplace) is not reflected in the room name, so pay EXTRA attention to the room accessorizes written in small letters. The main point of this property is the fireplace in the room and if you pick the wrong room you might get very disappointed. Also consider that you need to add another 25€ if you want to fire up that fireplace, once you manage to get one.
