There isn't really enough communal area to sit in and relax. If the weather is warm and dry, it's OK but inside it's a bit limited.

The restaurant is great. Excellent food and wine for a reasonable price. Everything is gastronomic. The staff were very chilled out, efficient, friendly and helpful. The pool was a lovely way to relax after a day out. The village is also very nice with a number of architectural villas and nice food shops.

The room was spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. Great shower. The breakfast was lovely with locally sourced cold cuts and beautiful cheeses, great service too. We felt secluded and private even though there were quite a few other guests at the hotel.

The hotel is not very well adapted to go with a stroller (or wheelchair). There are many stairs or complicated pathways. However, we were able to manage the stroller without much trouble. The pillows were very soft.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is really friendly. We travelled with a baby and they left baby products for her as amenities. The restaurant is awesome. The room has great size.

The waitress that was in the restaurant during breakfast was very rude and disrespectful. Hopefully, she was the only person not kind that we found among the hotel / restaurant staff. The suite with the jacuzzi should be a bit more luxurious for the price we paid. Some materials should be refurbished. The room is in the ground floor and the views from the window are everything but nice. We visited in spring and the pool area was still not very well prepared (no hammocks in the interior, water a bit cold, no sauna, etc.).

The hotel is located in a very quiet place and a beautiful village. It is 4min drive to Can Jubany restaurant. The breakfast quality was very good and the jacuzzi in the room as well. The hotel is very well decorated and the staff was very kind, friendly and polite. We had an excellent massage and the masseuse was a very kind, professional and polite.

Deducted points for lack of clarity in regards to extra payment for a baby cot. During the booking process it says “free”, however, after reservation the hotel got back saying we had to pay extra. It was not a big deal, and the hotel did not charge the extra fee after all, but receiving this message after confirming the booking deflated our excitement. Another issue we encountered upon arrival, was the fact that not all Junior Suites come with a jacuzzi. Sure, it says “jacuzzi or terrace” in the room description, but all the room type photos, apart from 1, show jacuzzi. We were provided with a Junior Suite with a small terrace, which was not that great, and had to change the rooms after the first night. Would have been great to include this information in “Important Information” in the listing, to avoid confusion.

we were having a breakfast and my husband has important meeting via zoom and some works to do, but one of the staff came and asked us to live the table because the breakfast time is finished! i mean came on!!! where is it the courtesy of understanding, and flexibility that the 4 stars hotel should have? is not like we were going to seat there until dinner time for god shake!!! other young staff said we can’t ask for choices of eggs because there is no staff in the kitchen ?!?!? and that she as a FO has to do the job of waitress?!! during the check out time, the key wasn’t worked so muy husband went down stairs to get it fixed and the same young staff sarcastically said to my husband that we were supposed to do the CO before!! we were CO at 12.26pm, hotel CO time is 12pm!! seriously they are lack of EVERYTHING that the good customer service supposed to have!! it’s an embarrassing!! they need to be trained to be professional in what they do!! and btw the bed is really uncomfortable!! we can literally feel the spring of the bed once we sleep on it!

There was a very strong smell of air freshener in the room, particularly at night which we found very disturbing. The closing days of the restaurant is not mentioned in the description. Beautiful bathroom but getting in and out of the bath to shower is not easy as there are two glass panels on each side of the bath and nothing to hold onto.

Great place to rest and enjoy eating. Anciant house redesigned very cool. Room perfect to rest and enjoy after a good eating at the restaurant. Breakfast with local products it’s amazing
