Good location, right on shopping street and opposite Casa Balto. The metro station is just a door step. Easy to go everywhere. Super good service, friendly staffs. I can say this is 3 stars hotel but offer 5 stars stay.

Great location along the upscale shopping area of Passeig de Gracia, though quiet & private. Comfortable shared common lounge & dining areas. Would definitely stay here again.

We like it just the way it is. It is expensive but very good value.

This is a small high quality boutique hotel on what is probably the best street (i.e. close to the elite shops) in walking distance to many attractions. The staff were most friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast each day, and their comfortable lounges and library. The security setup is superb. We would stay there again for sure.

Hotel is well ran and is very well located near main attractions. The team (Marta & Emmanuel?) was very attentive and friendly and always looking to help with anything - they deserve all the praise! Room was neat and tidy with cleaning service everyday - bed was super comfy. Breakfast buffet was well prepared with a diverse spread of fruits and pastry. Definitely will be back!

Love the hotel! Excellent location—metro is steps away! Lovely interior of the room, as well as the common living room and dining area. Bed is super comfortable and shower is spacious. Staff is super kind and knowledgeable in things to do in the city.

Small room that was indicated for us for the first day.

Our first room was a bit small... but we had the opportunity to take a larger room (front of the hotel) that was awesome! Overall the experience was wonderful! Great Hotel, excellent service and breakfast.

The door key system is a bit complicated, maybe an access card will be much easier for the staff.

I loved the cosy feel of the hotel. The fact that you take a few steps from you room to the breakfast area and the personal attention you get while having breakfast is just great. The staff always went out of their way to answer questions and address my needs.

Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The location on one of the nicest shopping streets was ideal for us. We walked everywhere. Our room was huge and had large windows overlooking the main shopping street. Breakfast was very nice. We had an early departure on the day we left and staff arrived early to be sure we had breakfast before we left. Turned out to be helpful because we had a very long travel day.

The method of opening and locking the room door with a key has analog appeal, but it is cumbersome. However, unless you stay for a long time or go to and from the room frequently, I think that method can also be an attraction.

It has all the advantages of a good accommodation. Friendly staff service, modern and neat hotel interior, and Spanish breakfast were all perfect. However, my husband and I had a schedule in the morning, so it was a shame that we never had breakfast. Don't miss it. Once again, thank you for your kindness. I was able to spend my early trip to Spain feeling good and comfortable.

An excellent hotel with perfect location to explore many sights on foot. The concept of the hotel is designed to make you feel at home. The extremely kind, helpful and professional staff contributes to that feeling. We will definitely be back.
