We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

St. Regis was all about comfort to me! Loved the location of the hotel (closest to Palma), the nearby beaches are stunning and, the whole property is beautiful. - The room was spacious with very comfortable beds. - The food was exceptionally good > the breakfast with options for everyone. - The design of this property is beautiful yet not overwhelming. Tastefully decorated! - The butler services was great and useful! - The location was perfect if you wanted to explore Palma and nearby towns. Yet again, what made the stay perfect was the staff in reception and concierge team who made all my requests possible.

This hotel is fabulous - from the moment you check in, until you leave the gates. The staff could not do anything more to help you, and make you feel as if you are the only resident there. It is expensive, but it is worth every penny.

GermanyThe spa treatment was ok, I expected a better spa experience overall. I was shuttled in for my massage and out once it was over. I wanted an overall experience when I am paying that much.
We had connecting rooms for a family of 5. They were nice sized rooms with comfortable beds and lots of light. It was quiet, great breakfast and a nice pool overlooking the ocean.
