To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdoma male Staff on the terrace roof bar should be more customer orienteted and more professional ( not all !! ) supervisor/ manager should not have to come and apologise for a staff member behaviour & communication. SOLC restaurant did not meet all the " Hype" it was a very disappointing experience and was sub standard / food was ordinary.. :( I travel through 5 countries in 3 1/2 weeks and I think it was the most disappointing culinary experience. I decided after my experience to leave in the morning without breakfast.
611 - hotel looked amazing and good amenities in the room as expected. Lady supervisor in the roof bar was very professional and very professional.

United States of AmericaOur room had stairs inside, just next to the bed. It is look like two level room. To reach the wardrobe closet yo have to take the stairs and go up and down.Since it was very inconvenient I twisted my left ankle when I was going down from the stairs.

IrelandThe only part of our experience that we didn’t enjoy was the rooftop area. We planned to have a quick swim and sit in the late afternoon sun for an hour but there are only three sun beds in the whole rooftop area and it felt very uncomfortable taking off a bathrobe to have a swim and then to sit on a restaurant chair with no access to sunbathing facilities afterwards. I suggest the hotel needs a separate swimming and sunbathing area for hotel guests only that is separate to the bar and restaurant.

United Arab EmiratesWhile checking-in, I have been told to wait for 10-15 minutes for a whole hour check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM I was at the hotel since 1:40 PM I waited till 4:10 PM in the lobby. It was a honeymoon occasion and unfortunately it wasn’t acceptable at all.

The staff provided excellent service, and the luxurious rooms ensured a comfortable experience. The dining options were exceptional, and the rooftop pool and spa were fantastic amenities. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and made my visit to Barcelona unforgettable. Highly recommended.

Our room was amazing. We had a suite with a separate lounge area which made the stay more comfortable. It had a fabulous shower with great pressure and all the ammenities necessary. The bed was very comfortable although not a fan of the soft pillows. The room staff did a great job of keeping everything clean and were quick and efficient. The location was brilliant. It was central to everything. We were initially concerned about it being too noisy but it wasn't the case. It was very quiet and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
