Instructions as to how to enter the property as it was very difficult with so many keys. We entered through the garden area and found it very difficult. Also if the safe deposit box was available, it would have made a good difference to our stay.

Pool was closed for painting. We weren’t notified of this before our arrival. It was due to start on 1st June but they started on 29th May.

Great location, the accommodation itself was clean and the air con made a huge difference in the heat! Staff were excellent, very helpful and quick to replace a faulty kettle and assist with transfers. Would absolutely rate.

There were no sunbeds around the pool.

The size of the apartment was wonderful. Perfect for a family holiday. The location was amazing. Close to everything you need for a relaxed holiday.

The apartment was clean but could have done with a little cosmetic work, broken brickwork on the outside patio not a lot near the gate. Cracked mirror wardrobe doors, a minor complaint was the lack of glassware it seemed to be bits and pieces with hardly any matching glasses.

Clean, plenty of towels great location, pool area excellent and we'll maintained, minor problem with the washing machine sorted within an hour, great service. Every room had a balcony and a lovely small roof terrace.

furniture was old, apartment was small. swimming pool was not in service which we were not alerted to and no compensation was made although other residents were given discount. There were no loungers for sitting in the sun.

the location was great, very close to the Balcon and very close to the beach. the complex was small and very private, beds were comfortable.

Great location, a short walk from the Balcon de Europa, restaurants and shops. Property was spotless and well maintained. Staff are really helpful, arranged airport transfers. As our flight home was in the evening we were allowed a late checkout at no extra cost. Weather was a bit cool in the evening and extra blankets and duvets were available in the villa. This was my third stay at Los Huertas de Nerja and my first choice for my next visit to Nerja.

The suite of furniture in the sitting room was covered with covers which were need of a good cleaning. Problem with the drainage with shower.

There aren't any sunloungers for the pool. I think the apartments are private but it would be nice if they at least had a couple of deckchairs that you could take to the pool. We bought lilos to lie on instead. The pool itself is great and the area around it clean and well kept

The apartments are absolutely lovely and very well equipped. We stayed in No 10 that has air con downstairs and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Our friends had No 7 that had air con throughout. They were spotlessly clean. Large kitchen, downstairs toilet with a washing machine and a very nice patio. Bedrooms had loads of storage space and the bathroom had a great shower. It's hard to tell from Google maps but they are in a fantastic position ;1 street adjacent to the Parador so right inbetween Burriana Beach and the town centre (10 mins walk either way). The staff at Canovas from where you pick up the keys are really helpful and easily contactable by WhatsApp and the office is literally just round the corner. Would definitely stay here again
