To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

New Zealandpool needs to heated we think as being there in May, it was so cold noone was using it, and I love swimming, one of the reasons I picked this hotel. lots of people using the roof deck but a pity pool was empty,

United States of AmericaOur room was very small—there was a long desk which would have been great except the 2 chairs were wedged so tightly between the bottom of the bed and the wall that the desk was almost impossible to use. The bathroom sink was a very odd shape such that the faucet almost didn’t direct the water into the basin but rather got the area wet where one would set toiletries. The sink also didn’t always have hot water. The soap dispenser at the sink was empty upon our arrival and the shower floor was very slippery. The TP was so rough that we went out and bought our own. Overall it was not worth the money to stay here.
For an expensive 3-star hotel, this one was not very comfortable. However three were some good things about it. The room was very quiet, the bed was comfortable, the overhead rain shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water, there was lots of space to set luggage in the room and the location was convenient. Emilio at check-in was very friendly and welcoming, and our room was ready early which we really appreciated.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom had tempered glass so if you needed to use it during the night you could not turn on the light as it would illuminate the entire room. Not a big issue as we used our phone to see. The air conditioner was great during the day but turned off at night so not sure why. It wasn't a problem as it wasn't that hot in the room but may be in the summer months. It wasn't an issue that we talked to the staff about.
The hotel staff were very friendly. The location is excellent with La Rambla street minutes away. Great shopping and food close by.

United States of AmericaThe lowest priced rooms are in an older part of the hotel so be aware if you go cheapest it is very different than what the lobby presents. Cheaper rooms are also really loud from street noise. Upgraded rooms are great and well insulation so the street noise is minimal.
Location, we didn’t have a chance to check out the pool but the lobby is nice and the newer rooms are clean and nice as well. Staff was amazing!!!

Israel1. They charge your credit card automatically if the arrival is after 18:00 o'clock even if you mention "late arrival". 2. They force you to pay during check-in otherwise you do not receive the room. Normally payment is made during check-out.

United States of AmericaOur room was broken up in such a way that the bedroom part was very hot, while the hall and the bathroom were very cold. The breakfast was good and had a little bit of everything you could want, except that they had almost no fruit, which was disappointing.
Location was great, close to but not on Las Rambla, close to the Place de Catalunya and the Barcelona University. Walkign distance to many good restaurants and bars. The staff were awesome. The rooftop pool and bar were outstanding.
