Bedroom had two single beds rather than a double, but top be fair I did book at short notice and the hotel was very busy with other conference guests. No big deal really.

Stayed here because I was attending a conference in the Fira de Barcelona centre (Gran Via side). It was literally a five-minute walk to the entrance of the hall where the conference was, which was fantastic. Breakfast was good, plenty of places to sit down even though the hotel was quite busy. Staff were very friendly and the bar service (ate dinner there a couple of times) was quick and also very friendly. The staff tolerated my attempts at Spanish with a warm smile.

The coffee machin did not work and did not get fixed even if we asked for it to be looked at

Dear friends, We all enjoyed our group of 14 women. I really have no objection to the service and accommodation. We will certainly choose your hotels again for some of our future destinations.Very clean, breakfast for everyone's taste, quiet, comfortable beds. Maybe just the smoking area that was in the group, outside but protected from the rain...Good connection to the city centre.Thank you for everything, everything is really great...

Parking was expensive but secure. The breakfast was plentiful but there were issues with the coffee.

The staff went above and beyond to take care of us. They helped with transportation, directions, translating, and we had great conversation with different team members. The room was more spacious than we expected. The room was spotless and had extras to make it even more comfortable. Best hotel shower ever! We had a few hours still after checkout and enjoyed watching a tennis match and drinks and a sandwich in the bar.

Location to town is fine for a short Uber driver but do note it’s far enough out that it’s about an hour by public transport or 20 minutes by car - depending on how often you plan to pop into Barcelona central itself

Hotel was lovely and comfortable. Bed is really nice. Can see some of the cheaper cost in the scuff marks on the walls cheaper products in the bathrooms etc but very comfortable accomodation; nice facilities and lovely staff.

The hotel is a little far from the city.

The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was good and complete.The behavior of the staff was polite and good. In general, it is a good place for family stay. A quiet hotel for someone who likes to be away from the noise.

Probably it was due to the period or weather, but the top room bar wasn't open at all. Also, something to keep in mind that to get to the main touristic area / city center, it does take a bit of time - either by bus or subway. There is ofc also the option to use a cab / FreeNow / Cabify, which will get you there for ~14-15 Euro and in 15min.

The breakfast had a really great variety - even for a 4* hotel. The room and lounge area was also quite nice. The area itself is quite authentic, far from touristic traps and with some nice restaurants in walking distance. Haven't tried it, but there was the option of room service with food from the restaurant till quite late - so perfect if you forgot to eat out and want to grab a burger or pizza at 23:00.

Poor dinner menu choices

Breakfast a little expensive compared to anywhere else outside of the hotel, food options for dinner were basic and not what I would have expected from a hotel like this, drinks very reasonably priced

the only thing I did like was that the sink in the bathroom didn't drain properly.

everything was great. the room was nice and clean, the room service was good too. the pool, I loved but it was cooled when I visited so I didn't go into it. the staff was great.
