Everything was beyond perfect. Olivia is a lovely host who thinks of everything into a very detailed perfection. She called me week before my stay to check if everything was arranged around my arrival. She met me to give me the keys and show me the apartment. The apartment was better furnished and equipped than my own apartment back home :). There was absolutely everything you need and so much more. You could have moved in and live there for a year. The kitchen was equipped with all sorts of equipment such as tea pot, pans, glasses, jars, lemon juicer, up to plastic doses to all necessary cutlery tools and even more. You could have also used spare towels, towels for beach, gowns, spare bedsheets, equipment for the beach such as backpack, hat, blankets... In bathroom you could also use a washing machine, as well as many other toiletries such as hair dryer, cosmetics (even nail polish remover, that saved me :) and many more. The living room shelves also surprised me with variety of books, travel guides and small pharmacy emergency kit. Bed was very comfortable and the whole flat area was decorated with wonderful pictures. There was a great view of Teide, directly from your bed, so the morning wake up view was truly beautiful. The location of the apartment building was amazing, right at the centre, super close to the Shopping centre Martianez, where I had my car parked and I could always make a food shopping on my way back to the apartment. The area is truly wonderful and after traveling around the whole island, this place remained my most favourite of the entire island. I fell in love with this place in images and the images turned out to be much less than the reality. The reality was far more perfect. I could not recommend it more. Thank you Olivia.

The restaurants on the street are sometimes loud at night but that is the price for having an apartment in centre of the city. Additionally the apartment is on the 8th floor so the noise is not that close.

Perfect accomodation if you are going to north Tenerife. You can see the peak of Teide (volcano) directly from bed. There are plenty of appliences like dishwasher, washing machine, fridge etc. so you should have everything you need.

Great location close to everything in the nice town of Puerto de la Cruz. Olivia made everything easy and met me to give me the keys, show me the apartment, and provide useful information. The room is bright and comfortable. It has a nice little terrace too. Parking is available just a 5 min walk away.

Olivia is the perfect hostess. She communicates very well and rapidly both before and during the stay and you can fully rely on her: she looks after her guests with class and tact. Her apartment is comfortable and nicely decorated. It is also fully equipped and there is a lot of space to store your belongings. The building is right in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz, close to many restaurants and shops, and also close to the wonderful ocean-water swimming-pool complex Lago Martiánez. The building is safe, pleasant and convenient: it is looked after by a helpful janitor, and there are two lifts. The balcony has a view onto the Teide.

everything was perfect

We’ve stayed in the apartment for 4 weeks and we strongly recommend it. The apartment is very well equipped, including sufficient amount of dishes, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and even unexpected but very usefull ones like: an umbrella, beach towels and shopping trolley. Kitchen is well organized. The bed is very comfortable. And on a bright day you can watch Teide summit from the bed :) As we were staying long, we even got clean change of bed sheets. We were both working remotely and the internet was very good (optic fiber). There is a power plug on the balcony, so you can charge your laptop and enjoy view on Teide or a bit on the ocean while working. There is plenty of restaurants nearby and supermarkets within very short walking distance - hiperdinos and Mercadona (really good supermarket). There is also a fruits/vegetable store in the same building. It is quite difficult to park in Puerto on the street, but there is big free parking near the port (about 10-15 min walk through nice area). The host - Olivia is very friendly, helpful and kind. She was very quick in answering our questions, gave us the recommendations and offered as a welcome wine bottle as well as roses. Overall it was a great stay and we strongly recommend booking this place.

The location is perfect! Minutes away from literally everything. Olivia took good care of us, she was very welcoming and was ready to help with anything. The best thing about the apartment is that it was so well equipped!! There was everything we needed and more. The view from the apartment was amazing!😍 I would definetly book again! Best for long term stays. I’ve traveled a lot so i’ve been in many hotels and airbnb’s, this one was definetly the best value for money.

Amazing location, the appartment is placed 2 min walking distance to playa Martianez and the city center! You can find anyting you need in the near vecinity (beach, pool, restaurants, stores, hypermarkets). The host (Olivia) was amazing as well, staying with us for about 30 minutes or so and explaining what we can do around, where to eat and so on. She also provided assistance during our stay there, answering to all of our questions. Because of her help, we spent one great week in Puerto de la Cruz! The apartment is equiped with literally anything you might need (from washing machine and detergent to dish washer and microwave). You can also find there beach towels and an umbrella, if you are a light traveller! It’s exceptionally cleaned and the host prepared a very nice package for us at the arrival (fresh flowers, fresh fruits, water, even a bottle of wine). There is also a long-term paid parking nearby (hard to park in the city center), which was a plus for us. I was very please with our choice, and we can’t wait to return there!

The noise of the cooling system from the hotel Orotava.

premium studio looking towards Teide   Liked · The studio was a pleasant surprise. It looks like a juwel. A harmonious interior design, combined with a perfect functionality. The bed is large and comfortable. The mini kitchen is perfectly equipped. The location is perfect: on a large boulevard, close to the ocean, to the huge pool Lago Martianez and to good hypermarkets. The building is very clean as well as the studio. BUT, the wonderful surprise is the landscape from the balcony: a wonderful image with Teide, the well-known Canarian and Spanish mountain. You can enjoy the coffee or the breakfast on the balcony and look deeply in the horizon towards Teide. This charges your "batteries" with energy for the entire day.

Stunning wee flat with perfect location! It had everything we needed throughout our stay and more! Great view of the Teide from the balcony that’s nicely shaded so you can catch a break from the sun. In the same building there’s a little shop and even a scooter hire so we didn’t have to search far for anything. The street itself has a supermarket, number of restaurants (Cosmopolita was our favourite) and access to the promenade and the beach is literally 2 minutes away (playa jardin is about 15-20min walk away). Also big shopping centre just around the corner. Parking in Puerto with a car is difficult, free parking usually full but you can pay for a car park close by. We have chosen scooters to drive about with which is a lot better for getting around and there’s always free parking somewhere close (about 20 spots right around the building). Went all over the island with those. Olivia was a really great host with quick response and great attitude x We stay in lot of airbnbs and apartments and this one is highly recommended to all visitors!
