Location is great. Away from the bigger towns but close to all of the natural features. We stayed here 5 years ago as well. Great breakfasts!

Clean, quiet comfortable rooms and the best breakfast in our two weeks in Northern Spain - lovely home baking. Excellent knowledge of local walking areas too. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you. Totally recommend staying here

United KingdomIf living next to a farm with conscientious roosters isn't your thing, let the host know beforehand. In any case if the window is shut completely you won't hear a thing.
A beautiful mountain chalet well looked after by very friendly staff. Our room located on the top floor was spotless. There is no air-conditioning but the shutter outside of the window can block out the heat if needed. The room cools down at night anyway so we didn't have problem sleeping. With my very limited Spanish vocabulary we managed to communicate with the helpful host and worked our sightseeing plan the next day. Breakfast was good too.

GermanyThe Picos de Europa are a great place to be! This little hotel is perfectly situated to visit the Lagos de Cavadonga area if you are a motorist. Wonderful quite and fresh air. Even the breakfast is included! Just great value! Personal is very friendly!

United KingdomOK - so our room was tiny and from what I saw of the other rooms, was probably the smallest on the hotel. My husband is 6 foot and banged his head a number of times when getting up. The shower was unusable for him. There is no air conditioning, so a fan would have been nice. If you are offered room 9, try to get another room.
The staff were lovely and the room was very clean. The breakfast was lovely and fresh, but no fruit like shown in the photos.
