Very little that we did not like, the only criticism we had was the lifts. It was a little bit frustrating. Seating to the roof bar was always an issue, but we were accommodated by the Irish maître 'd.

Fantastic location with a great roof top bar/pool offering views of the city while having Sangria. Hotel was extremely comfortable and clean. Staff were extremely friendly and offered good service, especially the Irish maître d'.

The rooftop is beautiful however, it’s a shame how difficult it is for guests to get a table during busy periods when open to the public. Similarly, it was a little off putting where one party had many dogs all over the sofa areas, whilst I think it’s great that the hotel is accommodating to dogs, I’m not sure having them on seating areas is the right approach when many other guests would like to use / be seated on them.

Beautiful room and wonderful personal touches especially since I was celebrating my birthday. Staff are excellent and really very accommodating.

We had to pay an extra 25 EUR for the twin bed, and they've charged some other fees, but it's not a big deal, the hotel is great!:)

The public spaces and guest rooms are VERY small and cramped. The Lobby can accommodate maybe 20 people comfortably but when packed with 30+ people during happy hour you can barely get through the door. Check in is on a small landing on the second floor and is crowded if more than two people are there at once. The rooms are so small that you literally cannot find a spot on the floor large enough for the yoga mat they provide. The bathroom vanity/sink area is right at the foot of the bed and is too cramped for two people to use at once. We had the superior room and per the floor map ours was average or slightly larger than most other rooms yet still felt cramped and, as a result, uncomfortable. Hyped rooftop space can accommodate 20 people at most, the pool has room for half that many and little deck space to lay out. I am honestly surprised it received 5 stars and assume the lofty rating is based solely on the list of amenities in the abstract rather than how useful (or useless, in this case) those amenities are in this setting.

Great location on a quiet street a few blocks off Las Ramblas, midway between the square and cathedral. Very nice staff. Lots of features in a very small space, like a swiss army knife. Kimpton does a free happy hour every evening and the rooms have nice little touches like yoga mats. Cool little rooftop space with a teeny tiny pool.

Attention to detail for decor was perfect. Small and boutique like which made it extra cosy and intimate. Superb location within walking distance to shops, la rambles etc Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room very clean and comfortable.

The only thing that requires attention is good audibility, we lived on the 1st floor where the restaurant is, the sleeping block is located behind a separate door, but this door creaks terribly and at night it makes you a little tense, as it seems that someone is entering your room.

We took the bigger room and expected it to feel more spacious than it was. The cocktail and food menu at the hotel is pretty expensive.

Consider modernising the TV setup - Chromecasts were connected but not useable via Hotel WiFi. One remote had a YouTube button, one did not, so a specific remote had to be used for both TVs to access the YouTube app via the TV.
