To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaComfortable room in a great location. Placa de Catalunya is at the center of everything and the hotel is only a block away. Appreciated the call to my room shortly after I arrived to ensure everything was fine. Breakfast was excellent. Lovely rooftop patio with bar and pool where they had live jazz the evening I arrived.

SingaporeIt is really costly these days to book hotels in Europe not just Barcelona. If anything, it would be good to have grab bars In the shower area. For old folks climbing in and out of the bathtub without grab bars there is a risk of falling when stepping on wet surfaces.
The location. Close proximity to many attractions and central to take the buses or the metro. Close to shopping too. Breakfast was quite good with a good spread

The room size and facilities are also satisfactory.The hotel also offered complimentary breakfast and a welcome champagne, very satisfied. Especially the hotel reception was of great help to me, printing and scanning documents for me,friendly and helpful.

United States of AmericaThe design of the shower made it somewhat challenging not to get the bathroom floor wet and it took awhile to get hot water. When our room was quiet we could hear the subway occasionally, although it did not bother our sleep. The construction of a nearby building distracted from the appeal of the hotel's front entrance, but construction noise did not disturb us.
We stayed at the Hotel Jazz from June 1 - June 5, 2024. This was our first visit to Barcelona and we were happy with our hotel choice. We liked the location because we could easily walk to several areas and sites (and could have easy access to the train if we wanted to.) The roof top was a quiet respite after a day of sightseeing and roaming around the busy streets. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful and kindly obliged our request for a late checkout.

ArmeniaIt has a very good location, cleanliness was excellent, friendly staff. Of course, Barcelona is an overvalued city. There are many more attractive cities in Europe with much lower prices, but Hotel Jazz is definitely the leader compared to other hotels in Barcelona. We stayed for 9 nights and it met all expectations.

United States of AmericaFor 10 days, the breakfast was too much the same every day and the flavor was bland, not a lot of choices on jam or cheese. Also missed oat and almond milk as options. The bed was very firm and I would have preferred as did my two sisters for the blanket to have a duvet cover instead of a flat sheet. Also, it would be way more convenient to a have an iron in each room instead of calling for it...
Loved the rooftop pool and bar with small bites to eat, the staff was amazing! Also loved the location! The hotel was very clean and the staff for the most part very friendly.

There was some construction work outside our window, causing some noise in the morning. The water flow from the faucet was low, perhaps because they are trying to conserve water.
Excellent location, quick check-in, friendly staff, and a spacious room. The breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of choices. Would stay here again.
