Though we set the air-conditioning, the room remained very warm and we had to open all the windows one night.

The buffet breakfast was really excellent and the bed was very large and comfortable.

Restaurant menu’s English translation could be improved for those with allergies as it’s not clear where nuts are contained like in the soufflé

Location and the staff. Last Thursday night/Friday am about 3.30am our three year old had a very bad ear ache and the gentleman on duty at reception was wonderful, organising a taxi to bring my wife and son to the 24hr pharmacy and wait for them as she can’t speak Spanish. It was really appreciated in such a difficult situation.

Although the hotel is generally pet-friendly, unfortunately they (understandably) don't allow pets in the restaurant. Like many other hotels we have stayed at, we had nevertheless hoped we might be able to have a drink and a bite at the bar - but sadly the bar is INSIDE the restaurant, which made this impossible.

Mostly very pet-friendly, including providing a bed for our little pooch with food and water bowls. The room was large and well-furnished, as was the bathroom.

The hotel was great nothing to complain about. If I had to mention anything perhaps was the reception staff could have been a bit friendlier, felt very business-like both, at check in and check out (not even asking how was your stay when we paid...). Other than that, the hotel is perfect.

We booked a Suite and was very good value for money when we stayed. Very spacious rooms with great views from the top floor. Very quiet room which we requested at the end of the corridor. 20 min walk from the city centre. Car park for 11EUR/night is very decent and it is underneath the hotel, very convenient.

Poor service in the room: no coffee-tea-water, etc... As usual in Spain Hotels. In a way, lacking the basics of a UK, Vietnam, Dubai, UAE, Singapore, US, Australian service but in line with French or Italian hotels...It is always frustrating ;-)

They sent me an online checkin form, but it was not working (however i talked to them by chat and they gave me the kind of room I requested).

The staff is very friendly, the room and all the hotel looks recently renovated and is very clean. In general we felt cozy staying there. It has a big parking beneath (you have to pay for it though).

In the triple room, The mini-bar was in the child’s room which was inconvenient.

Standard hotel really, but staying in a superior room on the tenth floor produces fantastic views. Underground car park was perfect.

We didnt have breakfasts but we did have dinner one evening and it was superb. The crab starter was amazing. The location was perfect to walk into the Centre. Very friendly staff.

The personal was a huge mess. I arrived late after a long drive. First they gave a key that did give access to the room, then the room was with a cigarette smell, then they change to a room that don’t have an extra bed and finally they send a guy of maintenance to give the final room. Horrible experiencia due to bad personal of the hotel

Location was not so close to the restaurants and shops.

The room was huge as it was a suite. It was clean, nice and with complete amenities. The staff was great as well. If you need anything, you just go on their app to order and they bring it up to your room in no time.
