ac did not work and the room was super warm, i did call the front desk to see if maybe it was not working but they assured me it was. We did not sleep well. The staff is professional but not overly friendly, some of the staff is borderline rude or snobby

Minor issues - a little more soundproofing between rooms (our neighbour was a prodigious snorer), the gym area in the basement is very tired, and there is no lift from the downstairs garage but this was made very clear to us on arrival.

We booked this property as it was recommended in our guide and weren't disappointed. For a large hotel it was excellent. Despite being next to a main road and roundabout the rooms were very quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, including breakfast staff. The situation is ideal - cross the road and you are in the old town, go another way and you can access a lovely park and the city wall walk. We ate at restaurants recommended by the hotel which were both excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Breakfast lacked the usual choices offered by a 4 star hotel.

Excellent reservable car parking - with valet parking offered if using underground car park. 8 minute walk to historic centre. Multitude of bars and restaurants close by.

Would have preferred a real double bed instead of two single beds shoved together.

Interesting, kind of cool design of the guest room; very bright with big window and good views from 5th floor. Great location 5 minutes walking distance from the congress centre. Both of the valets were superefficient and helpful!

The walls in the room we had were made out of cardboard. We could basically follow the conveesation of the spanish couple next door. Beyond that absolutely no complaints.

Very friendly and helpful staff, a great breakfast. The room decoration is a bit dark for my taste but that is absolutely fine. We had a really nice view over the old town of pamplona and the location is absolutely lovely. you can walk to the main tourist destinations in 5-10 minutes while the place is still in a pretty calm area very close to the citade.

Excellent hotel in Pamplona Location - a few steps from the bus stop and the old town. Pintxo bars and historical sites are easy to visit. The hotel provided maps and food recommendations. We requested for a room upgrade and they gave us a room with a hot tub with jets. We enjoyed this very much. Breakfast was good— they had a fresh orange juice maker.
