Very good location just outside the old town - situated next to a lovely park - a few minutes walk from restaurants and Tapas bars - a lovely swimming pool area though the water is cold

The breakfast was quite pricey, and the parking was an extra cost. It would have been nice to have both or either included in the price

The only thing that could have been better is to make it more visible when booking that to park onsite you need to book parking. It is not however a huge deal as there was a well priced public parking a minutes walk away.

Centrally located, easy to find. Comfortable rooms and the best freshly squeezed orange juice.

The hotel pool needs some attention as around the pool it is rather scruffy - and this seems to have been the case for the past few years. It is not heated - but being northern Europeans that is not a problem. The hotel needs to have a small changing room nearby, and get the sun beds sorted and placed in the pool area much more frequently than once a day. They also could do with some sun umbrellas. Re-painting that part of the hotel around the pool would help. It would also help if reception gave guests information about towels and the pool procedure etc on check-in.

Room was a good size and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with a decent selection - and breakfast staff very helpful. This is the third time we have stayed in the hotel, which is very well located and car is valet-parked for you. Not a very warm welcome on check in - but hey, no great shakes as we know the hotel and city.

Beautiful hotel. We decided to stay one extra night and they were easily able to accommodate us. The lobby bar is lovely, as is bartender Houssem. I’d go back tomorrow!

The swimmingpool was not accessible and the gym was mediocre. We had a room at the streetside and there was noice from the garbage cars and nearby cafés

The rooms were big and beds were good quality. wonderful bathroom with a great shower. Location is perfect if you want the have easy acces to the city but not want to be in the middle of the city. The staff was really nice to our dog.

Great location on the outskirts of the old town. Within walking distance of everything and easy to get to with car. Upgraded to junior suite which was huge. Staff very friendly.

They tried to make it modern and to surprise with unusual features, but ended with being way too complex and confusing gadgets, I had problems closing window blinds. Also light control is also very confusing. Other simple things, e.g. towel hooks or door handles are unusual, to say the least. They look nice but have limited functionality, so I would rather prefer they had typical gadgets. If I stayed for a long time it may be OK, but not for a short stay. Breakfast is OK, but very expensive at 23E I recall

Very clean and spacious modern rooms. Parking in the garage available and very friendly staff. Check out at 12:00 is also nice when you want to explore the last things in the city in the morning. Nice pool!

Only one small thing, one of the breakfast i saw churros, but when i was finished my normal meal, there wss none and was not refilled.

The room was clean and big, the bed was perfect, the location was super, really close to the city centre, the breakfast was del8cious and everyone was helpful.

A lovely spacious room with comfortable beds and a big window. Nicely equipped bathroom. The staff were friendly and the facilities were very good. The hotel is right in the centre of Pamplona..

We loved everything about our stay!

The location was perfect for us as we walked the Camino Frances and enjoyed the sights of Pamplona. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We stayed at Hotel Tres Reyes twice and would definitely stay again.

We were charged half the price of a car to park our motorcycles in the underground car park, two to a space, which was OK but we were directly to a side area where we were squeezed in tightly. Thus those in first could not get out without finding and getting those those parked behind them to move. When we complained we did get a partial refund. However, the car park exit ramp is very steep and slippery when wet and gives straight onto the pavement and the security gate shuts automatically after a short time which would have made it impossible to get out unless other people help with the gate and stopping pedestrians on the pavement. A VERY DIFFICULT AND DANGEROUS EXIT FOR MOTORCYCLES.

Check in was quick and the rooms we reserved were available. the hotel is nicely placed for pedestrian access to the city centre. views of the city from some of the upper storey rooms was nice.

They charge for everything, even for pool towels, this is something I have never had to pay for before. The parking charges are too high and the staff was rude as we did not move the car immediately after checkout, we had lunch nearby and then moved it. But we had paid for that day as well but we were treated as if we were using their facility for free.

The location of the hotel is excellent, it's in the heart of the city. The rooms are luxurious. The pool is good, although the water was chilling even in july.

Hotel Gym needs updating of free range weight equipment.

Beautiful hotel, spacious room and attentive staff. Hotel gym very large, although could do better with more range of free weights. Good location.
