The rooftop closed very early, considering most people don't dine in Barcelona until 9pm. I wish I could have experienced it more!

Exceptional Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by concierge who offered to help with our bags. Check in was quick and efficient and all of the amenities were explained in a clear manner. Recommendations were also given for places to visit in Barcelona. The scent of the hotel is beautiful and luxe, and the interior design is modern with hints of classic Spanish architecture. Our room was clean, and although it was small, it was extremely functional with plenty of storage. The balcony of the room for 3 opened to reveal the stunning exterior of the building across the street. Noise level from the street was minimal, and the air conditioning was functional. It included an iron, blow dryer, espresso machine, mini fridge and water. The water refill station in the corridor was helpful! The coffee bar, work lounge and rooftop lounge were beautifully designed, and created an instagram able photo op. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Having my friends purse stolen while a member of the staff took our group photo; Tub needs safety grab bars.

We were bowled over with the staff on the roof terrace. Also, we went there for an aperitif and asked for some crisps to go with our drinks. We ended up paying more for those (EUR 7) than each drink. A bit of a rip-off considering that in other EU countries this would be free and come automatically with your drinks.

The beds were very comfortable and the reception staff very courteous. The breakfast was also good.

Lift was out of service for most of our stay which meant there was only one operating lift. Made it painfully slow to get in and out of the hotel!!!! The fix wasn’t implemented fast enough unfortunately

Second time staying, great location as it’s right in the heart of the city, lovely rooms, friendly staff which were extremely helpful at all times.

The room size was a bit smaller than what I expected, but reasonable. There were no furniture to put your luggage on & open only.

Everything was perfect. It was always clean. Well lighted. A small balcony to take some air.

No security for floors. In other words, anyone could access the residence floors without a key on their way to or from the rooftop bar. Would prefer to tap key to be allowed to get to floor.

Nice breakfast. Room was well-appointed. Loved the rooftop deck. The bar on the 1st floor was very nice. The front desk was very helpful on a number of occurences.

The staff were fantastic, helpful, and cared, which is great when you don't know the city, surrounding areas, and where to go! Our daughter was coming in from Florence and when I was relaying on to them about her coming, they instantly understood that she needed a key and asked her name and made her feel very welcome when she arrived.

Location. Conveniently located and almost at the center of the city. Staff is amazing and very friendly and helpful . We are able to do early check in before 9 AM. Thanks to wonderful people at the reception. Breakfast is amazing and lots of items to choose from.

We didn't have breakfast there, it seemed pricey.

This hotel is stylish with a fun and swanky bar. A.C. is a talented bartender. The rooms with balconies are beautiful with very high quality bedding. I loved the location because you can take the bus to and from the airport, the subway is close by (to see the Sagrada Familia) and the walk to las Ramblas and the Gothic quarter is very short.
