United KingdomThe external spaces are looking tired. The outdoor space was always tidied at the end of each day. Now some sun beds are damaged, many were dirty. There was broken glass by the children’s pool. Appeared to be a shortage of bar staff.
Location ideal for purpose of visiting family. Bedrooms are good. Great to see the menu has changed. Very nice meal. Cleaners for the rooms were excellent.

The hotel was quiet, clean & comfortable. It was in a pleasant location, well maintained, with tasteful and good quality furnishings. There was a great deal of attention to detail with many comfortable areas in the garden where you could relax, there was a real ambiance of relaxation throughout the building too. All staff were very pleasant and busy in their work. The welcome on arrival was very warm and friendly.

SpainWe went to watch a show in the port that family and friends were part of the cast. Four of them staying at the hotel. We went back to the hotel to sit, chat and have a nightcap. It was 11-00pm we were told no drinks. We counted 14 people in total turned away no nightcaps.

United KingdomMy only issue was not being able to leave the balcony doors open at night without any mosquito protection. First night had 27 bites !!!
Found my room had been upgraded but still had the sea view I had asked but now had a very large bed instead of twin beds which was very modern and welcoming? Breakfast when I chose to have it , was great, lots of fresh choices and the breads were great.

SpainBit of a climb up the hill to the hotel, but not bad enough to put us off a return visit, taxi cost less than €6 from the Marina.
Lovely Hotel, room and bathroom very clean. Comfortable bed, big fluffy pillows, big white bath towels, the tea and coffee making facilities in the room were very welcome.

SpainThe only criticism is with the restaurant. The breakfast offering was poor at €12 p/p. Cooked items, fried eggs and bacon were burnt and the scrambled eggs were over cooked. We thought the restaurant opening time of 2030pm, for evenings, was a little late.
Hotel was great, clean and room excellent. Facilities were good and staff very friendly and helpful.

We had dinner there the first night, the margherita pizza showed no sign of tomato sauce or cheese it was so overcooked, it was basically akin to a poor quality supermarket pizza. My pasta sauce wasn’t cooked well, far too many capers, a simple pasta sauce like the one I ordered shouldn’t be difficult. The prices were good though and the portions abundant. Breakfast equally wasn’t as good as it should’ve been for such a hotel. Just green apples for fresh fruit despite being in Spain? Good variety of juices but none of them freshly squeezed? A standard chain hotel breakfast but the little details were missing - freshness isn’t hard to achieve.
Loved the views, just gorgeous, and the room was lovely and bright and modern. Excellent shower and good spacious balcony with table and chairs

SpainBeing right next to the lift meant lots of disturbance. Overlooked the pool and some people partied till past 4am. Would like shower cubicle rather than wet room. Bathroom door needs a handle on inside.
We had a sea view. Tea and coffee available in the room! Room very very clean. Bar area was nice and the staff very good. Was expecting to be over charged but prices very good. Lots of parking space!

BelgiumCoffee/tea facilities in room: the instant coffee was molded! The coffee powder was blue/green of color. I tried all bags, they were clearly expired. I went to the reception to show the blue/green coffee, they did not look surprised, quickly trew it away and promised to bring new bags to our room. We waited for 20 minutes, then checked out without any coffee. I think it would have been a small gesture to offer us a real cup of coffee! Expected more of a Ramada Resort Hotel! (Luckily there's many bars in the surroundings to have a real coffee.)
Big bathroom, very good shower, terrace with nice view. Free parking on the street. Good equiped room, except for coffee/tea facilities (only instant, expired products, see negative points).
