We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff are very lovely and always eager to engage with guests. The activity board is also packed with events making it a great place for solo travellers or those too lazy to plan. It’s also extremely clean!

Czech RepublicJust the perfect hostel! Beds were comfy and facilities clean and working, but the main thing are the people. You WILL meet new people and you WILL make friends and you WILL have a good time. Plenty of events both during the day and night to take part in and be surrounded by amazing people. I will not forget my stay there and I’m already thinking about comming back. ( I have to, because I missed most of the touristy stuff due to having too much fun, no regrets tho!) Special thanks to the staff- Paige, Caitlin, Jo, Camila, Greta, Franco, Collin, Mattea ( hopefully I didn’t forget anyone)

The staff is really friendly and nice, there are social events every night, it's easy to connect with people. The kitchen seating area is quite big. The location is very central. There is an Aldi just around the corner. Free coffee.

Cannot stress enough how great this was. Paige especially was a super great host and there whenever I needed anything. The people staying there that I met were super respectful, friendly, and welcoming. I was honestly torn between staying and hanging with people to chat with vs visiting the metropolis that Barcelona is!

This is the best hostel I’ve ever been to, It feels like home, staff are really friendly and helpful(Mattea was super clear, nice and professional) also the volunteers are super kind and understanding. Thanks to OneFam, I’ve met tons of people from around the world and made a lot of friends, they have everyday activities that allows everyone to be part of the community and get to know other travelers easily, the free dinner they have is also interesting, apart from the social side, it gives you exposure into other cultures cuisines as the volunteers will cook it. I totally recommend OneFam hostels if you want to meet new interesting people, make new friends and feel at home. Thanks Mattea, Matteo, Laura, Wim, Caitlin, Franco and Gretta for making my stay remarkable! I will definitely stay at OneFam again!

UkraineUnfortunately, there was no locker available for the luggage, this was a bit unusual.
Actually I booked the hostel in the last moment because the previous accomodation didn't work out in the last moment. Honestly I was in a very bad mood because of some personal situation that happened with me in Barcelona before I moved to hostel. However, this hostel met with such a positivity and openness. All people were super friendly and nice that eventually my mood got better and I was happy to hangout with people. As well, there is a free dinner and many activities to join. I definitely would like to stay in other hostels of this chain in other locations if they exist! It's also worth mentioning that the beds are well designed. They had a big enough space where to put things inside and a good lamp.

Location super prime & near most of the attractions. Super nice & helpful staff. Bed were comfy, locker space was spacious to fit my bag pack & cabin size suitcase & curtain for privacy. Bathroom were clean. There are fun & unique activities. Community free dinners. Even though it's a party hostel.. it is quite silent even before midnight.

Loved my stay here! Perfect stay for solo travellers. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The rooms were, clean, cool and spacious, with plenty of storage! There’s plenty of social activities for you to get involved with. Daily walks/tours, family dinner every evening and a bar/club every night of the week.
