Very central and good sized rooms with very nice bathrooms and the room I was in was quiet even when the city outside was busy. Staff were patient and offered valuable feedback about the local area and let me leave my luggage on the final day because I had a few hours to spare before travelling.

A few bars next to hostal which can make it very noisy especially if rooms have a view of the square or street. This is our 3rd stay here, quieter rooms are available, which we have stayed in but they don’t have a view.

Great location next to Plaza Mayor. Walking distance to all tourist attractions and shops.

Only one thing, the shower wet the bathroom floor.

Location was excellent, very clean and comfortable . I loved the quaint little lift.

The WiFi was acting up one morning and we were unable to access it. A kettle would have been appreciated as well.

This was such an affordable and clean room, with a fantastic location just off the Plaza Mayor. We had not one, but two balconies. The room was spacious and comfortable. Check in and check out were smooth and there was also luggage storage for the day. Highly recommended!

The room was smelling tabaco

Very good location. Walk distance to the main attractions in Salamanca. You have little gardens around to walk your dog. The room was spotless clean. The car parking facility is only a few meters away

Late noise

The location of Hostal was excellent, just a short walk from the plaza and various restaurants. However, the room itself was a bit dated and lacked some amenities advertised online. Overall, it was an average stay due to the room condition and lack of some advertised amenities.

The directions to be able to get to the property. You must take pedestrian roads with your car through the city and the explanation of these directions is not clear.

The location is hard to beat! Right at the Plaza Mayor and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable enough. Theres no “trimmings” but you have what you need to sleep.

Instructions on access near site as Satnav can be misleading.

Staff were very helpful it isn’t easy parking near hotel to unload and book in after a long journey as it’s located in a pedestrian only area shown by the signs but actually you can stop nearby and once contact is made with member of staff access to an underground car park there is possible.

The bathroom after the shower the water was all around the floor. We could hear the noise of the phone’s vibration from the other rooms. But during the night didnt bother us, we slept very good.

The location was the best, friendly staff and also the possibilite to park nearby the hotel.

Difficult to get to car park due to lots of road works and one way streets, looks a big project, but am sure simplicity will return when completed ppp

Great hotel for the price, location is 5* Huge choice of bars and restaurants within 2minutes walk,also has underground parking, stayed here before, will definitely stay again, convenient stop off point from Santander to Faro portugal, Salamanca is definitely worth more than 1 nights stay

Upon arrival there was a very strong chemical smell that gave me a horrible headache and made me feel sick to my stomach. I spoke with management (over Whatsapp) and they immediately put a fan in my room. So with opening the skylights and using the fan it became a lot better.The smell dissipated and I was able to sleep vwry well that night. Management was great throughout my stay and would recommend Hotel Conejo to anyone.

Everything was extremely clean, the reception area, stairs, elevator, hallways and especially my room.

The locks on the doors were fairly basic, so I was a bit afraid of theft. The man at the front desk seemed a bit skeptical of having a hiker staying at the place.

Everything was great for a low price, I would consider another spot if spending a lot of money or staying a long time, only because the bathroom is a bit small and very outdated. Beds were comfy, staff was great, and location is top of the line!

Location was excellent, in the heart of the old town, 2min from the Plaza Mayor. Good value for money. Big room, with air conditioning at a very reasonable price. Nearby parking with agreement with the Hostal.
