To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

HungaryThe breakfast was okay, however it is located near to the hotel (next building) so we had to go outside for a little.
We spent few days in Madrid, the hotel was super close to the city center, and we didnt have to use the public transportation very often. This saves money and time, I think this is the biggest advantage of this hotel. Our room was clean, the staff was friendly.

Romania- We chose the option with breakfast via Booking, but when we reached the hotel, it seems that it was not included and we had to pay extra. It is not clear to me if the price has changed since I booked until we reached the city. It was a very unpleasant situation

The location is excellent, can walk to many main attractions. My room 507 is large and clean.

United KingdomThe toilet was really uncomfortable to sit on. I think it was for a wheelchair user. This is itself is not a problem. But the shape of the seat made it awful to sit on. The breakfast was good for the price, but the room had nowhere near enough space for the amount of people wanting to have breakfast. We went at different times each day hoping it would be less busy, but it was crowded every day and even had people standing up to eat. You need a bigger premises for breakfast.
It was very clean and the room was immaculate. You have wonderful cleaning staff. Fantastic air conditioning. Lovely balcony. Brilliant location.
