Centrally located, near restaurants, shopping and just a walk away from all major sites. Lovely apartment, the staff was very accommodating and answered all my questions at a moments notice. It was perfect for our family of 7!

Neighbors complain a lot of sounds even if it's not too much but the others apartments are too loud also but no one talk to them.

We had some problems with ants. I guess it's a better idea to use less plants. It's way easier to keep things clean. Also one more matress would have been great!

The cleaner was very kind. We had a good stay and loved the terrace. When we had questions there was an answer immediately.

the shower door in one of the bathrooms was a bit wonky just be careful. but it wasn’t an issue at all for us. the shower in one of the rooms also came as a surprise. only for couples lol

very spacious. the space allowed us to spend time together. the location was amazing. the ones handling the property are so very accommodating! they even arranged an airport transfer for us 😊

I stayed there with my 8 beautiful friends from Mongolia. it is great place you and enjoy with friends or family. rooms are nicely furnished and has enough space. it’s 4 th floor of the building with antique elevator. (first time experienced with such elevator) walking distance from tour bus stop no.1. it has everything thing you need.

Main lock on the door jammed a couple of times (did not impede entry), the power breaker switched off 3 times during our stay, the shower head in the shared bathroom has a mind of its own, and the sink in that same bathroom drains slowly, and is not big enough to hold the amount of water required for a good hand wash. All very minor issues that did not negatively impact the quality of our stay. Overall very nice and well maintained property. Would definitely stay again.

Because it's right next to the street, you can hear the cars at night from the two rooms that look over the street. But it's something we easily overlooked and adjusted to especially for heavy sleepers.

The building itself is a bit old, but it was a lovely new experience. The apartment is very big and accommodated our 5 member family really well with extra room to spare. There's also a lot of restaurants nearby and a grocery store right next to the entrance of the building.

The apartment was perfectly located in the beautiful neighborhood of Eixample. The flat is spacious, very clean and comfortable with all the equipment and furniture you need to enjoy your stay. On the plus side the tenant Quim is super nice and helpful. He gave us advice and tips about the city and cool spots to go to. Highly recommended

Cons: The apartment is run down, pictures don't give the right perspective on the condition of the apartment. -Not all bathrooms and showers were clean condition. Especially one of them was dirty, including finding hairs...Some of the furniture also is not kept clean - A dead cockroach was in the entry of the building for a couple of days which made it not very pleasant every time entering or exiting the building -Minor, but still listing for consideration: no trash cans in all rooms and no locks on the doors - The windows in the bedrooms with the shower and with bunk beds are facing an inner narrow area, and noise and food/restaurant smells were coming out from it, so making it not really useful windows for us.

Pros: -great location - very central, safe and close to many places -responsive and friendly owner/manager -nice and bigger than expected terrace, which was a great outdoor space for our families - good space ( #of bathrooms and bedrooms for our group of 8 people)
