( extremely uncomfortable beds ) :( after the first night we could not walk as the beds are very very uncomfortable!!!! The food is sooo boring and not everyone’s taste at all !! Mostly sea foods!! And I had allergy issues also my family don’t eat sea foods . All we ate was salad and fruits everyday. The staffs are nice but the actual hotel we give it 2 star. I wasn’t happy with my stay and we all got really bad back pain after sleeping on those beds!!! There wasn’t any clean blankets and I was really cold I had to wear my jacket to sleep !!! One night I asked the housekeeper for a blanket she brought us a dirty blanket covered in sea sands !! I wanted to put the blanket on my mother and all of the sudden she was covered with sands!! And it went to her eyes ! Absolutely unbelievable!!!

I was really disappointed with the room considering this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. The room and especially bathroom are outdated. There was a bad smell in the room and bathroom that even stick to our clothes. Our room was not very clean, there was dirt and someone’s hair on the floor when we came. We asked for a baby cot and it was very timeworn. Breakfast has a lot of “English breakfast” and sweet pastries options, but for healthier options there was not that much.

The pool area is nice. Staff are nice. Location is good, close to the beach.

1. Complaint about Shower getting to hot and then to cold 3 times there was nothing done. The room next door reported the same problem with no response either. 2. Food was good but basically the same ever night with a few differences. I’ve been to Salou a no. Of times and have stay half board in a lot of places this was definitely the worst. 3. My wife is gluten intolerant and there was no signs for her to work off. 4. One of the bar staff was giving out nut bowls with your drinks. On more than one occasion I noticed him eating from the bowl he was handing out. 5. I stayed in a H10 last year in Lanzarote and it was far superior. This was the main reason we decided to stay at a H10 in Salou this year and I was disappointed.

Smell in the bathroom after first time opening the room door, Rooms needs renovation badly Some of the bar staff likes to chat to themselves while residents waiting to be served, or being on the phone, they don't care... very slow at he bar and no respect to the residents Food just ok.

We loved this hotel and if we are back in Salou we will definitely stay here again. The H10 Salou Princess is very central located, just a short stroll from the beach, shops and restaurants, with the bus stop to the airport just across the road. The hotel itself was fab, great pool area, very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We went half board and the selection of hot and cold food, deserts, etc, was almost too much, but delicious, and plenty of it. There was a great mix of people too, families, couples and retired people. There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel and would highly recommend it.

This is an excellent location. All of the little extras like slippers, dressing gowns, bottle of wine, Toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner etc meant you didn't have to buy these. Beds are very comfy Exceptionally clean hotel.

The pool feels a bit cramped at times. Housekeeping was sometimes inconsistent- some days no hand towels even though we placed them in the correct spot to be replaced.

Staff were always very helpful. A good selection at the breakfast lunch and dinner buffets- definitely above average quality! Beds were super comfy. We could hear music from downstairs but it always ended by 12 which was great. Drinks were good prices. Fantastic location- this is our 3rd time back mainly because it’s so close to everything! A mix of families and couples. Entertainment was great and not too invasive like other resorts.
