1) Issues with the air conditioning, very noisy. We had to move rooms.

1) The people are welcoming and friendly. They seem an inclusive and professional team of people. 2) The pool and spa is open till 10pm and included in the booking. 3) Lovely buffet breakfast. 4) Lovely toiletries provided in room and replenished if used. 5) Bottled water is provided in room, the mini bar is stocked but charged. 6) Beautiful view of the city. 7) Short walk to the sacred heart of Jesus cathedral, fair rides and gift shop. You can also take a funicular ride down the mountain and back up for €12, (less for 60+ and kids). At the bottom there are a few restaurants and the 196 bus stop only. 8) Staff book cabs for you to the city airport - just give notice. Too far from center city.

Amazing views and while a long way out of town, taxi service was good and it was quiet plus rooms were spacious compared to what you can get in town.

Hot water geiser probably had some rust and thus the room hot tub was gerring orangish water. The staff took note and promised to fix it soon

Amazing 5 star resort with exceptional customer service and very cooperative staff that is always looking to make your stay more comfortable. Fantastic views of barcelona from the room as well as the restaurant and pool.

A bit too far out of town when you are unfortunately locked in your room due to weather. Staffing was Very understaffed in the bar and restaurant

in the room was 2 electrical sockets, we cannot use in parallel frizzer, kettle and coffee-machine Dinner menu was a little short, if one stays 3+ days, s/he needs to repeat the dishes Not all facilities in spa worked

Great location with impressive views! Located atop the city of Barcelona. Great service, staff and amenities. Enjoyable breakfast and dinner options at the hotel. Taxi rides to and from the city between $25-50 each way, depending on time of day/ traffic etc.

The location is absolutely spectacular. The hotel has a wonderful relaxed vibe. It is such a special place to be. Staff were extremely friendly. The swimming pool is the most incredible thing I've ever seen. The outdoor pool is heated. It was when we were there in late march anyway. The rooms are absolutely beautiful . Fantastic experience.

We liked everything, the staff was super nice and friendly, they were so helpful with the parking, with the fact that it rained one day, they were very fast and prompt to take care of things for us, even if we didn't ask for it. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was delicious, Corina from the restaurant was very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay, and would go there again. And the view of the city is just WOW!
