United KingdomQueuing and no drinking water in room upon arrival
Nice location, close to the beach. Room big and bright, cleaned every day. Food delicious. The only downside for us was queuing every time for breakfast and dinner and queuing for food, and queuing for drinking water . And it would be nice to have a least 2 bottles of still water in the room upon arrival because we arrived late in the evening and didn’t know that we have to have our own bottles and fill them up with drinking water on the ground floor. But these are just tiny minuses which can easily be resolved. In general we had a great time in Golden Taurus .

NetherlandsI chose the all-inclusive option, but I got a bit disappointed at the bar. When the staff sees that you are an all-inclusive customer, they will give you a worse version of what you have ordered, and this is not in the terms when you buy the all-inclusive package. For example: In the menu, they have "Piña colada". But for all-inclusive customers, they have a machine-made Piña colada, that is way too sweet and almost non-alcoholic. For a regular customer that is paying at the bar, they would prepare a hand-made one, much better than the machine-made. This also happens for the size of the snack portions. In general, the bar experience was not good. I had to insist many times that things were included in the all-inclusive package. When I explained the situation to the manager, She apologized but said that this is how is done in other resorts as well.
It has a warm internal pool, so even if you travel in a colder month you can still swim at the pool. The restaurant offers many options, like fish, beef, chicken, pasta, salads, risotto, desserts, etc. The room is comfortable and clean. The resort is in front of the beach.

This resort is really good, there are many outdoor pools and also there is an indoor pool which is great. Also they do a lot of activities for residents to enjoy their stay. Overall its a nice place to stay in this area.

United KingdomI booked this hotel for my family - 11 of us - from 4 year old to 84 year olds. We came to support my son in the Ironman competition! We had 4 rooms all next to each other on a low floor overlooking the pool and the sea. The rooms were very modern and immaculate as were the facilities. The entertainment staff around the pool were exceptional!!!! - the food was good as were the staff in the restaurant and the lady in the late bar was brilliant - the reception ladies could be more polite.

UkrainePersonnel. I asked for help with air conditioning in the room, because it was somehow quite cool in the room, although we did not turn on the air conditioner, it was turned off. The hotel manager came and spoke in such a tone, as if he was reprimanding me for something, shouting that nothing would be changed. No good day, no goodbye, no respect. It doesn't fit somehow. I was in shock, not used to such an attitude.
Clean, spacious room, cool balcony with a view of the sea. The breakfasts are simply great, a large selection. Many facilities for children: playgrounds, water park, animators, children's clubs. I recommend it for families❤️

United KingdomHousekeeping staff is bit sllaging off. We always have to ask for touletries such as toilet rolls and shower gels that needed replishing automatically when they come in to make the beds. We were also told by the housekeeping that we can only have 1 sachet of coffee in the room wheb we paid for all inclusive. Worst was the room was infested. We got bites everytime we wake up in the morning. My husband and son had it worst.
No dull moment . Theres always something fun for both kids and adults all day and night. The accessibility to beach is a nice touch.
