nothing- we adored this place- all the staff were so lovely- accomodation, food and location were perfect.

we had a fabulous stay at the Galleon Hotel. Vincent checked us in and was extremely helpful and welcoming. Our room was lovely and clean and spacious with a beautiful little balcony with views of the pool. bed was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious with plently of choices and all of the breakfast staff were so attentive and friendly. excellent location - with good transport link and great access to everywhere. beaches were truly gorgeous and lots of wonderful places to eat and drink and shop, fabulous. we will come again,

There were not enough sun loungers by the pool, and every day the same people put their towels down even though they were requested not to. Wasn’t able to sit by the pool once. The shower was really awkward to get in and out of as a glass screen covered most of the bath.

Room was great, spacious, quiet and had a large balcony. Superb breakfast, lots of choice both hot and cold food. Location is perfect right near the centre. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Towels were changed daily and the room was also cleaned every day. Rooftop in the annexe was nice to relax on with a perfect jacuzzi.

So firstly, we’ve been coming here for over 10 years and we love this hotel. But, the truth is, the place needs money spending on it. It is looking very tired and worn both in the rooms and in the communal areas. The whole place needs new decoration and new furniture, to make it look more fresh and modern. The lounge area desperately needs new chairs. It all feels a little faded.

The staff here are lovely, always welcoming and glad to see you return. You feel like a valued guest and they go out of their way to ensure you have a good stay.

The hotel turns off the AC when its not Summer. There is no option to request it being turned on which I think is a little unfair as its advertised as having AC. We stayed in the newer section of the hotel where the balcony faces the street which can be incredibly loud at night if you keep the doors open. We were forced to keep the doors open as the AC was not operating and it was warm. It was April when we went so I feel that the AC should at least have been optional on a per room request basis during this month.

Food is always amazing, location is spot on and staff couldn't be nicer. You will struggle to find a better value for money hotel in sitges with regards to the breakfast on offer. Always happy to go back to the Galeon every time I go to Sitges. The bed is absolutely huge and very comfortable. I recommend trying to get a room in the newer part of the hotel as the rooms are bigger and more comfortable! Again, the staff are incredible!

We didn’t realise the hotel had an annex building, situated in another street - while this should not have been a problem, because there were no staff / no security in that building we saw guests taking ‘friends’ back to their rooms, and we then heard them leaving at 3am!

Location was great, our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast offering was outstanding.

While the breakfast was exceptional with all kinds of choices, it seemed to lack some healthier options. For example, most of the bread was white. Perhaps replacing some of the sweet pastries with healthy foods would cater to a wider audience.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely pool area. The staff was friendly, and the location was convenient. The breakfast was delicious with a large variety of foods, and they serve it until 12 noon. The hotel caters to a mainly adult and gay clientele.

Everything was good - so nothing to complain about. Shower had lots of options took us a while to operate it - but it wasn’t a problem 😎

The Breakfast provided was excellent - so many choices & friendly staff. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the train station & also to the airport bus. A short walk to the beachfront & museums also cafes galore & lots of shops. Sitges is a lovely place - so glad that we had the opportunity to visit it 👏 Tourist Information Centre very helpful 👍

The position is perfect near train station and near bus stop directly to Barcelona airport (25 minutes to the airport terminal 1) and staff were friendly. The breakfast was amazing.

The bar area and the outside space. Still need an upgrade. New hot tub needed and new sun beds and sitting area in the hotel. They are missing out on alcohol sales and the hot tub doesn’t warm up and has been like it for years now.

Location is fantastic. Close enough to the action of the bars and restaurants but just far enough that at the end of the evening it’s nice and quiet. The staff are lovely and the cleaning staff are the best. The rooms are always spotlessly cleaned.

Very close to the train station and also to the beach, I think overall the location was ideal! Was a great value for money. The breakfast was a grand spread every morning and had everything from pastries to baked good to eggs and even tapas! The room was very spacious and comfortable and the staff at the reception were exceptionally nice and accommodating. Roberto was very helpful and also suggested things to do nearby. I extended my stay at this hotel because I was so impressed with the value for my money being provided.

Our room was dark--but we chose the least expensive room price, so it's not surprising--and the hallway hadn't been vacuumed when we checked in. Within an hour, though, it had been cleaned.

Breakfast was amazing and promotional offer of a free glass of cava on the terrace at the Platjador Hotel made our stay in Sitges very memorable--we loved it.
