For my opinion, should be added some salads for the breakfast.

Location in the walking distance from the Sagrada Familia, Pl. Catalunya, and other interesting places. Around the hotel there are few supermarkets. Staffs resolved problems, in case of its appearance, quickly.

I would have gave a 5 star review. But I missed a day and a half of my stay and was never reimbursed for it. I had no control because of the flight. But checking in was weird because they charged all the tax for the time I was there when I was not there.

I liked breakfast buffet. It was nice having it right there. Many things to choose from.

Kristofer at the front desk was extremely helpful, storing our luggage, giving us advice about transportation options, and map/ direction. The breakfast and service helped us realize the value a bit better, considering the room rate was quite high

The cleaning staff did not refill our coffees, teas and milks every day, so we always have to call for room service to bring some up. With two people staying in a room, it would’ve been convenient to have enough coffee and tea and milk for two people every day.

Property was centrally located, felt very safe. Staff was friendly. Amenities were clean.

Mold in bathroom and on window in bedroom. Room could have been bigger for three beds as 3rd bed was right up against windows and could not open curtains properly.

Bathroom was not perfect clean , strange bed sheets - 2 sheets and blanket in the middle. I do not believe, that blanket is washed regularly. There is no bath stopper in the bath.

Very good location, 17 min by foot to Sagrada Família, 20 min to Cathedral, 2 metro stations nearby. Nice breakfast - fresh pressed orange juice.

I didn´t like to see a white rope blocking the entrance of the breakfast room, I've never seen such a thing and I've travelled a lot and I have been in many 4 or 5 star hotels. It's not a nice thing to see. It seems the staff is suspecting of something.

The room was smaller than I expected for the price I paid. Breakfast was good but a bit slow to replace the missing items.

Staff are a not that helpful and I felt that they didn’t trust us, for no reason! My friend had a problem with her phone during her trip and got in trouble with the reception because she arrived before me. They had all correct info about my card to take the payment and the go ahead to do so, don’t know why they had to do my friend cry, after that they forgot to mention we were suppose to change the room because my fiend had 2 day booked for herself as part of a combo with a course she was doing in Spain! Had to run to the hotel to make the room changes on my own because my friend couldn’t leave the course on my last day, luckily I wasn’t far from the hotel. So I thought everything started on the wrong foot and went a bit off throughout the stay…

Location was great! Close to metro and not fair from some good places! Bakery in front of the hotel was amazing l!!

The bed wasn’t that great it went down on one side. The room faced to the inside which I didn’t mind but it was the entire night to bright lighted. Some blackout curtains would help. Thin walls makes you hear the neighbours. Overall it was a good stay. Would stay there again.

Tags, graffitis, dirtiness all around the hotel, in fact all around the old and touristic city. It seems like barcelones people had accepted this horrible practice to tag everywhere. It is very sad.

Our room was slightly tired (bathroom was showing its age) and our room only had internal window to corridor (room 322), so we needed to keep the curtains closed at all times.

Location was good for our plans - we choose the hotel based on our plans so this was no surprise. Check in was simple and we had already done online checks so we were expected and it was a fast service. Breakfast was great - good choice, well stocked and fresh supplies added during service. Dining room was not overly busy which made the experience very pleasant and was a good place to start the day. Hotel bar in evening was a good location to end our day with a drink a game of cards before bed.

Excellent location 5 mins walk from bus station and tetuan and arc du triomphe metro stations. Lovely modern clean hotel. Rooms spotless. Walk in shower. Bed huge super king and very comfy.
