Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We really enjoyed a lot staying in this room. It was spacious and clean with a very tasteful decoration. The host, Piedad, is very friendly and discrete. We especially loved the small terrace with the great view. We would definitely recommend this place. Please note that you do need a car if you want to visit Pamplona. There might be busses but we didn’t check.

United KingdomThe property has such a beautiful interior, great aesthetics. You’ll find anything you might need in the bathroom as well as tea etc for the morning. Everything is sparkling clean. We were amazed by the bed which was so comfortable and generally it was the best set up for a good nights sleep!

United KingdomIt's a homestay. I hadn't realised when I booked. There was a dog at the property despite it saying no pets. We heard it barking quite a few times. The room was nicely furnished but was a bit dusty, and the floor was grubby in the corners. The bedding looked grubby and wasn't ironed. The bathroom was functional, but the shower wasn't great, and the tiles were a bit garish. OK for one night but felt uncomfortable being in someone's house.
The bed was comfortable. Decor in the bedroom was good.

United KingdomUnfortunately we were unable to access the accommodation. The host seemed to rely totally on communicating by messaging and telephone. Unfortunately we were travelling all day (ten hours driving - 800 kilometers). During which time we did not have access to a reliable telephone signal and mobile data. Therefore we were unable to contact the host and she was unable to contact us. When we arrived at the property there was no-one to greet us. We managed to speak to the host when we found a reliable telephone signal and was advised by her to go to a nearby hotel in order to obtain a wifi signal which we did. We then decided to stay at the hotel because after approximately two and a half hours we still had not been able to enter the original accommodation.
