We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SpainThe staff was increibely nice and accomodating. The installations of the place were amazing - jacuzzi on the rooftop was great for after hiking, the game room with a pool table and foosball table as well made for good entertainment. Overall, really great experience!

SpainThe room was a bit cold, as the central heating wasn't turned on, and the Air Conditioning system was locked on Cold Air mode. We didn't reach out to the staff to change it, as while in the bed, or in the bathroom (which did have a separate heater) the temperature was ok.
Very good location, impressive views of the surrounding mountains, very comfortable and spacious room! The cherry on top was the rooftop jacuzzy that is open all year round!

SpainThe mini sofa in the sitting room is too small for 4 people, but I assume they couldn't fit a bigger one in there. Since there are no wardrobes in the bedrooms, it would be great if they could provide benches to put your bags on.
It was comfortable for our family of 4. Kids had their own room. Netflix was useful at night when it was too cold for the kids to go outside. Loved the fireplace, even if it works with gas...it created a lot of atmosphere and warmth.

The breakfast was good and the dinner at restaurant of the hotel was amazing (one of the highlights of our trip). Very family friendly and we felt welcome at the restaurant even with our toddler. We also appreciate that the kids menu was not chicken nuggets and fish sticks but proper food (such as a delicious seasonal mushroom omelette). Service was good and friendly. Room as one would expect from a three star hotel, clean and the bed was comfortable. Balcony was a nice plus.

SpainThe only thing that could have been better was the breakfast - it was a little disappointing with very little variety and not many (healthy/vegetarian) options. Some options to the pork cold cuts would have been appreciated, for example some more fruits/vegetables and even some greater selection of the pastries and bread.
We had a wonderful stay with our two little boys (4 and 8). The hotel is beautiful and the staff were all super friendly and professional. We all enjoyed the hot tub at the terrace with the view over the mountains after a day in Vall de Nuria. The restaurant (dinner) was also excellent. The location couldn't be any better if you plan to catch the cremellera train up to vall de Nuria, it's literally around the corner. We look forward to coming back!
