Could offer a small fridge in the room, not a massive issue, but perhaps a coffee maker or something like that would be nice too.

Location is super, quiet and relaxing area, so close to the beach, theres enough cafes and restaurants for everyone breakfast service until 10.30 if u are a late riser, looking out the window at the surf rolling in the evening time, and the palm trees fluttering in the breeze, totally worth the money, you really feel calm and relaxed. The bedding was incredibly good and most comfortable, plenty of towels also in the bathroom and a little balcony to sit and enjoy the view.

It would have been nice to have a fridge and kettle in the room. The sun beds are in shade virtually all day which is a shame as the pool is lovely.

Breakfast was quite basic with minimal options. Whilst room was clean and comfortable it was one of the smallest rooms I've had in the area.

Booked a last minute stay for a little getaway, lovely location by the beach away from the centre of Benidorm but had some great bars and restaurants within a 10 minute stroll. We chose it mainly for the parking option and upon arrival glad we did as there was no on street parking anywhere

- staff could be more helpful and nice, sometimes we felt like we were doing a favor; - staff at breakfast could not or would not like to speak English which is very interesting, because learning the numbers from 0 to 9 are not difficult in any language, especially not for staff working with international guests (in contrary, we tried to speak spanish from zero in the end);

- breakfast is good, sufficiantly abundant; - good location, clean and tidy

We were disappointed to find the cena / evening meal had been discontinued this also had the effect that people no longer congregated in the garden bar area to chat before and after the meal hence the lack of ambience also there didn’t appear to be table service from the bar.

We have visited the hotel many times over the years and found it comfortable and the ambiance was good it’s also pet friendly and has parking available essential in the busier times

The balcony railings are way too low we were on 5th floor my husband and son over 6ft and railing was by their hips made me feel sick to my stomach such a lovely hotel but I wouldn't stay again for thus reason.

No fridge in room! Biggest problem for me was the height of the balcony rail outside our room( and the rest. It was c. 900mm . By EEC law it should be at least 1100. For me 900 is below my waist height. Dangerous!

Breakfast was very disappointing. Synthetic bacon that no one seemed to like. Only fried eggs which were were rubbery as they’d lain for too long. Sometimes, no eggs! Continental available if you like that. We went to a nearby cafe instead.

I struggle to find something I didn't like as this hotel really exceeded my expectations. The only two things I disliked was not getting a chance to stay an extra night lol. And that although I seen the amazing food that was in the buffet, I didn't get a chance to eat anything.

What I really enjoyed about hotel El Palmeral was how conveniently situated it was to Poniente beach and other touristic areas. There were a handful of restaurants and bars within short walking distance therefore I was really spoiled for choice. The rooms were great value for money and there was a great choice of food at the buffet next to the lobby! I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in benidorm who wants to bring their furry friend with them as they are also pet friendly!
