The single point I subtract is for the fact that breakfast is in twin hotel of group. Not far away, but in a rainy day which we experienced it was inconvenient.

We have been in a corner room with 1 living (with sofa) and 1 bad room which was excellent for our family of 3 (2+1). Hotel is super well maintained, everything is very clean, staff is very kind and helpful.

Although the hotel lobby is too small, but the staff are very friendly and helpful. They keep everyday room clean. We chose no view suites, but there is kitchen and dining area that we can enjoy. The location is convenient. It is central area, also not far from cruise port. Thank you for flower and wine. It feels very warm.

it’s location was superb for access to the old town and restaurants. Hop on Hop off bus across the street. We purchased tickets from the most helpful concierge ever. Outstanding views from our room on the fifth floor. our room was a studio suite with a kitchen and table and chairs.

Some of the rooms are very small

There was a young lady in front desk by name of Anna R. Who made a huge positive difference in our stay. She actually helped us to change our room to a better room which made a world of difference in our stay otherwise we would have been very disappointed in choosing this suite apt at such a price.

The road works and confusion should have been mentioned on the website. Also that this location was different from the Duquesa Hotel where actually the breakfast is served and in a much better location. Some of the people got very upset that the pictures on the website whilst booking were misleading showing the other location instead of the suites where the roadwork were going on...

The hotel was in a great area with lots to eat and do. Right in between El Born, The Gothic Quarter, and La Barceloneta. Best place to stay! Thank you very much to the hotel staff who were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves.

It should mention on the web site that breakfast is in Duquesa Hotel building, which although is only a few metres away it would be helpful to know before hand for guests with mobility issues

Fantastic location, close to everything you need- marina, beach, gothic quarter, museums, gardens, restaurants etc. Pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and good kitchenette facilities. Comfortable bed, plenty of space and nice modern bathroom. Very good breakfast.

There was lots of construction outside of the hotel, not their fault. It was loud.

We traveled with our children. We had a family suite. It was very nice, clean and spacious. The beds weren’t as comfortable as I would have liked. Full kitchen with cooking equipment. It was in a good location and within walking distance to many sites. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

If I were to be picky, the floor on the shower might be a slipping hazard. Just flat and smooth but I never had a problem except for wishing I could have that size of bathroom back home.

I loved how quiet the whole property was. Plenty of other guests but never heard anyone in the rooms. The two front desk attendants were so friendly and spectacular I wish I could have spent more time with them. Anna and Daniel always greeted and made sure everything was functional in the room and our trip. They shared so much excitement about our travel that it felt as if they were along for the adventure. Both had made sure our itinerary was correct and that we also had the right tickets along with the means for transportation to the places.

Would have preferred a location closer to the Sagrada Familia and Park Guell. The two best sites, in my opinion. Public Parking was accessible but for $50 Euros per day.

Great staff. Rooftop restaurant at the partner hotel a block away was really nice and offered a great view of the waterfront. The front desk was extremely professional and friendly and even offered us two free champagnes for our visit while we waited for our room. The room was extremely clean and had a small balcony that offered a great view of the marina. It was great having a kitchen which was well stocked. I enjoyed a cup of coffee from the coffee maker each morning.
