To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandCold snap while we were there and heating off. Only cooling possible. A heater and sxtra blanket were provided. It would have been nice to be able to have heating or cooling whichever is required.
Location superb for Gothic Quarter snd exploring Barcelona in general. Short walk to public transport and hop on hop off bus. . Staff all very helpful. Breakfast excellent. Room and bathroom spacious and well equipped.

Room - spacious, well appointed, with convenient wall hooks for hanging coats/jackets on entering; comfortable beds; double sinks in the bathroom. From the Juliet balcony there was a very good view of the Cathedral opposite. We felt quite safe knowing that entry to the premises was always monitored by staff.
