Hotel doesnt have a drop off.

Location is fabulous and one can walk to most if the important sights/ restaurants etc. On the day we arrived, there was a flea market in the square where hotel is situated. Everyday, there’s los of activities in the square, giving a festival mood. The area around the hotel has many quaint shops and restaurants.

I went with my fiancé and the room they gave us had a bed that was basically two twin beds put next to each other. During the night it felt a little uncomfortable if you sleep with your significant other and you want to cuddle but the beds keep moving apart and kept me waking up thinking I was going to fall in between. Besides that it was a nice experience

Perfect location opposite Barcelona Cathedral. Convenient access to sightseeing on foot or by public transport. Stylish and spotlessly clean hotel. Nice restaurant and lovely rooftop bar with a great view of the cathedral. Everything is as seen in the pictures. Our room had a view of the cathedral through the tree branches and it was lovely. Delicious breakfast with some vegan options. It's always busy around reception, but the staff are extremely responsive and attentive. They offered us a breakfast package because we left very early. 5 star service and a wonderful stay.

Nice location overlooking the Barcelona Cathedral. Nice view from our room. Staff was exceptional! We enjoyed the rooftop bar. There is regularly a line outside the hotel for the rooftop bar but if you are staying in the hotel you don't have to wait in the line.

Secluded in Gothic Quarter so a little difficult for taxi/Uber access.

The staff were extremely helpful and accomodating. They knew of our bad experience with missing out on our tours due to some negligence of our driver and Julia travel not being accomodating and couldn’t have been more empathetic and did simple things to try and compensate for something they didn’t even do :)

Outdoor patio too small however we were told they are renovating the spa space to make it much bigger. Bathroom wall had a very large stain and needed cleaning or a paint touch up plus one window would not close and lock so heard lots of people noise from the street during the night.

One thing didn’t like about the property was the shower, no matter how I had showered the water was coming out underneath the shower door and it was a lagoon all the time wasting the towels to dry it out.

The property was very clean, staff were nice and hospitable. The location was great. Coffee shops and restaurants near by. Avenida Catalunya, there you can purchase the hop on hop off. One thing though don’t eat anywhere at the Las Ramblas is walking distance from the hotel, everything is expensive, and not very good, a tourist tramp. But don’t confuse it with Rambla de Catalunya it’s beautiful and lots nicer tapas bar . If you get a chance go to Cervecería Catalana the best tapas place I ate and nice atmosphere.

They had only one provision of nespresso capsuöes for one day in the room (370 euros per night). They never replenished😳 you had to buy it feom day 2. I think offering some coffee, even soluble, and tea, in rooms is a minimum standard.
