Hotel policy Could not turn on A/C during our stay but, since weather was still cold , we left the windows opened during the day so the room was cool at night.

The hotel is very clean and the interior is stunning. The staff were very helpful.

This hotel was amazing and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay around the Gothic quarter of Barcelona. The location is perfect, right opposite the cathedral - (I recommend booking a cathedral view room it is amazing).

I saw some people were given a free drink coupon for the rooftop bar. I was not.

Located in a beautiful square across from the Barcelona Cathedral. The staff was friendly, especially the bellmen who were very helpful. The rooftop bar is beautiful and a nice place to relax.

Great location in the Gothic quarter. Staff wonderful. Had a terrace overlooking the Cathedral, couldn't ask for a better view. Only negative was that the room was a little small the bathroom consisted of a shower stall and a toilet stall, but noticed a lot of hotels in Spain set up the same. Terrace was very large, spent the later evening drinking wine and listening to music from the square. Definitely stay at the Colon

Nothing. Everything was great.

Location was perfect. We walked nearly everywhere we wanted to go around the city. The Gothic Quarter was our favorite part of the city and enjoyed coming back to it every night. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is a must! The hotel felt luxurious and a treat to ourselves for our short stay in Barcelona.

Restaurant is very expensive for breakfast. Have more staff in the busy hours. Had to wait to checkout in the morning.

The staff was helpful, especially Gustavo. He took very good care of us, especially my Mom. I also liked the central location- easy to walk to the market, cafes and restaurants nearby and easy access to taxis.

The room we stayed at the first night was not very nice, very noisy, dark, vith poor view. The second day we requested to change rooms and we got much better room.

The location is incredibly central and you are in the heart of Barcelona. The thing that I loved was that our room had very high quality double glazing, so although we were opposite the cathedral and in a central plaza, as soon as you closed the balcony doors there was silence

the air conditioner was not working or turned off so our room was very hot :( I also left an expensive pair of shoes in the closet and asked if they were found and was told no.. so that was a big bummer

Rooftop bar wasn’t open in the mornings which would have been nice for a coffee but minor detail.

Our room either didn’t have AC or it didn’t seem to work which made the room very stuffy at night. To be fair though we forgot to mention it at the reception the next day so we didn’t give them an opportunity to correct this.

Perfect location and absolutely stunning hotel. Loved the roof top bar. Loved the robes in the room. Brilliant shower so handy to have all the bathroom products including toothbrush/paste comb etc. staff were always super friendly and helpful and welcoming. Loved looking out of the balcony at the square down below, even though a side room could still see some of the cathedral too.

que for roof terrace as its a Instagram location listed in guide books but you can see why beautiful view of cathedral, no separate area for guests on roof. They could make better use of the nice downstairs area for guests to feel special.

Great Location, quiet comfortable room. Staff and doormen very welcoming and managed single lift very well.
