We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Great location and our room was excellent with nice comfortable bed, lots of storages and nice lighting with blackout curtains. The bathroom was very clean and super modern shower with strong water pressure. Nothing more to ask ! Eduardo was so professional and super friendly. He made us feel so welcomed and comfortable!! MexicoThe hotel is not that cheap, but I guess it was because of the high season (holy weekend). Also, sound isolation from adjacent rooms/corridor was not great, although it was nothing to worry about (it certainly was not bad).
The location was excellent (just a few minutes from the main square). The hotel is very clean and in great shape. The staff was very helpful and, in particular, Eduardo (front desk) was absolutely delightful and very thoughtful (he made our stay very pleasant). I would totally recommend this hotel.

United KingdomThere was no parking at the hotel, instead we had to park in an underground car park which fortunately was only 5 minutes walk away. The hotel had a small cafe attached which served breakfast, but the cost was 13 Euros each and we were told this included only 1 cup of tea or coffee! Instead we walked around the corner to a local bakery and enjoyed a lovely breakfast.
A clean, modern hotel perfectly situated close to the main square and citadel, with plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Although located on a main road the room was surprisingly quiet.
