After two weeks the room got very small

The hotel was clean and efficient. Very small room and bathroom but price was great.

The most annoying thing for me, being of a certain age, that everything had to be done with an app on my phone. To open the entrance door, to get into my room, Also the garage entrance is not that easy to find when driving on the small street. There was no actual staff at check in unless you called for someone to come to the desk.

I liked the location and the surrounding cafes, shops and bars were ideal. My room was a good size. The best thing was finding a self help laundry just around the corner to catch up with my laundry.

The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress was noisy when changing positions. The mattress was past it's used by date. The pillows were lumpy.

When opting for a more technological approach, the hotel must be ready to provide information via different means. although there was a telephone number to call when there is no one in reception, I did not have a call plan, just an internet plan, therefore I couldn't place calls. I had to look online to find out where was the breakfast served, and then found out, the boy who took the reservation did not include the breakfast and gave me wrong directions and times. Nothing that cannot be solved, but it was an inconvenience that could have been avoided. Also, the matresses need change since the springs are somehow misaligned.

Great location, close to Plaza Mayor and close to either train or bus station. It is pet friendly, which is something I always appreciate even if i'm not travelling with pets, and it is a very clean hotel.

I did not like the check in online. Their app hás some problem. I hated It.

I did like the location, but they must warn guests that there is no parking very near tô the building.

Great location! Salamanca is a great place and this hotel is right in the middle of the great part of the city. We got great restaurant recommendations from the front desk too.

The hotel could use a general upgrade, The furniture is outdated, the cleanliness is quite average. The receptionist wasn't too friendly.

Great central location, right across from the Mercado. two minutes from Plaza Major and 5 minutes from the Cathedral. Shops, bar and restaurants surround this hotel making it ideal for a short term visit It's also a practical choice if your pet is travelling with you.

No welcome or smile of receptionist ...didn't explain location of breakfast/hotel...which was elsewhere. Went to room & noticed no plug for bath or glasses or paper cups. Returned to receptionist who said ..we have no bath plugs as people steal them ? not the solution i was looking for. I asked for a glass or paper cup & she said that there is a bottle of water for us in room fridge...I explained i had a bottle of my own wine & would expect something to pour it into...I also said i do not like to drink straight from a plastic bottle..She rang someone & they brought paper cups... even though we washed them & left them in bathroom on shelf unfortunately on our return on second evening .they had been taken away by maid...I went down again to ask for some more but the reception was un attended. The breakfast at the other hotel was a little sparse & long life fruit juices are not so nice..

Furniture in the room needs to be renewed. They are a bit old. The bathroom was spacious but it also needs to be overhauled

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic. There were plenty of places to eat and have a drink in a lively environment around you.

The pillows were a bit hard and lumpy.

I chose the hotel as knew the location and it was better than thought. The room was nice and spacious. It would have good to have had the desk manned at all times. We had a couple of problems and the staff were very helpful - especially Miguel who organised bus tickets for us.
